Hi Bradleigh lodge is adequate in each dept. I think it should be about £15 a night cheaper as £110 pp pn without breakfast i feel is a tad pricey for what's on offer. Having said that the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean our ensuite had a sign on the door size doesn't matter well actually it does ours was very small . we were passing through but it is well sited for visiting the area and you do get parking on site which is always a plus.

Set back from the main road, this is a very friendly and spotlessly clean place to stay whilst visiting the St Austell area. We stayed for 5 nights. We were made to feel welcome by Lyn and she went out of her way to make our stay special, nothing is too much trouble for her and her staff. The breakfasts are all freshly cooked with plenty of choice and Lyn is always ready for a friendly chat and advice on where to go. The beds are comfortable and the shower is powerful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this as a base for exploring the area. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Mevagissey are a short drive away and St Austell town centre is a 10 minute walk away. I picked this bed and breakfast with a lot of thought about what our wanted for my parents, i was not dissapointed with my choice.This is a lovely family run property. We stayed in rooms 1 and 2 which have doors opening to the garden, and are next to one another. The garden is perfect to come back to after being out visiting local attractions and just relax. Thank you Lynn for a fantastic stay,

We received a lovely warm welcome from Martin one of the owners, our room was lovely and was decorated to a very high standard. we met martin's wife Lynn when she introduced her self at breakfast on the Monday morning. Breakfast was excellently presented and always nicely cooked. we had tea coffee and hot chocolate in our room as well as biscuits and chocolates. although when we arrived we were strangers when we left it was as friends. wouldn't think twice about staying here again. Had a wonderful short stay at Bradleigh Lodge. The room was bijou but lovely. Lynn/Martin the owners were fantastic & really enjoyed chatting to them about the house & the surrounding area. Breakfasts were excellent & really set us up for the day. Would highly recommend a stay at Bradleigh Lodge.
