This place sucks i booked online and was told a COMPLETELY different price when but i booked it for. they charge to clean your liens when guests have access to washers and dryers themselves and it states that NOWHERE in their website. Im pretty sure the women that was checking me in made up a completely different price thinking i would still pay for it because im young. GET IT TOGETHER, you shouldnt be surprising people with hidden fees

Booked a room to be called two hours later to say they didn’t have one. Loved being stranded in St Louis without a room so awesome! Lady basically told us nothing she could do and that it was all the bookings site fault. Seems like they sold the rooms for the site without notifying them.

Fantastic Staff - Clean Hotel

We stayed at this hotel for a month while our house was being renovated. It was great to find a place to stay with everything we needed including a small but effective kitchen. What stood out on our stay was how clean the hotel is kept and how helpful the staff is. I also was thankful for the level of security there. You had to have a key to get into the hotel. I want to give a special shout out to the GM Ashley for always check if we were enjoying our stay. Thank you!

Petty Greedy Multi-Billion Dollar Company Steals From Customers

We are looking for people who stayed at Woodspring Suites (all locations) for more than 30 days. They may owe you a tax refund; we have to fight them to force them to refund the taxes! It was a nightmare staying there. They advertise smoke free! Almost everyone staying there are smokers, standing at the doorways, so you have no choice, but to breathe it. They don't keep or maintain the grounds; the trash over flowing at all the entry doors. Tons of litter, trash on the grounds and my dog grabbed other people's eaten chicken bones! They charged me illegally sales taxes on everything, plus the linens! They tax on city, county, State, tourism, sales room, linens, pet, etc. They only pay 1% of sales taxes back to the State! They will not refund you! I think, anyone giving them a 5 star rating is from one of their friends or co-worker posting a fake review to get their reviews up higher. Their employees live there and they do take drugs and they smoke. It is against the law to smoke in the county, so they falsely advertise some locations as smoke free! I paid $2.25 a load to wash their linens to avoid a $1.90 daily charge plus taxes. Linens towels and sheets are NOT included. Their laundry room is dirty. They don't clean the rooms for permanent residents. Woodspring Suites is owned and managed by National Hotel Management Company, LLC headquartered in Kansas. Choice Hotels owns them.

Thee girl who works there (Amanda Lenk) is all strung out on drugs and tries to sell herself to customers who check in there! She tried to secretly give my husband a key to her room bc she lives there!
