Quality Inn St George - NO
This place is awful. We arrived late and could not move but wish we could have. Dirty furniture, walls, ceiling and bedding! Microwave was filthy- unusable. Was sorry that my dog had to stay here with us! Avoid it if you can.
Terrible
Went for a room Bc it was cheap but after I got to my room it WAS NOT CLEANED. Mind you this is DURING the COVID outbreak. After complaining I was escorted to a new room but this 100% never should happen. ESPECIALLY during a pandemic, new room was nice but it’s very disturbing they don’t even check the room before giving it to you.
Possibly the Worst Hotel I’ve Stayed In
Settle in, friends, this was a ROUGH ride. We ended up here thanks to a popped tire courtesy of a SC pothole, thought we were going to make out ok once we got to the Quality Inn. Well, we checked in and to start, there was condensation water all over the floor from the mini fridge. With a two year old and way past her bed time, it was no big deal, we shrugged it off. Well, I can say A total of two good things about the room: it smelled pretty good for a pet friendly hotel room, and the sheets were soft. While laying in bed, I looked up to find no smoke detector in our room- just the wires where one should have been. The pool was algae ridden with a chair sunken in the middle if you look hard, so no luck there. Also with COVID 19 there’s no continental breakfast. We wanted to leave the key to our car with the front desk for the towing company the next day, but the front desk personnel was not at the front desk most of the morning. We also had to unstick the phone from the hang-up button which was stuck continually depressed making phone calls to the front desk hard. Two last things: there was a cat litter box sitting just outside our room, and some kind of mold was growing on the plug for the hair dryer in the electrical socket. Okay, seriously last thing: in the morning we discovered we had a dead cricket, hornet, and mosquito-eater in the room. Ew. To end on a positive note: the front desk did allow us to wait in their lobby for 6 hours as we waited for our tow truck. So... there’s that. If you get stuck in St. George, it’s also good to know there’s no Uber/Lyft/Taxi company... so plan accordingly.
Snowbirds Stay
Booked this Motel for our return trip home from Florida. Clean room. Friendly staff and service. Good breakfast with eggs and sausages. Would stay here again. We were at the back side of the Motel. It was quiet. We were on the first floor.

It's Super Bowl Night, and we were warned that we might not be able to get that channel, and we could get a refund if it didn't work. It didn't work. Nor did the lamp. Or the dead bolt. Someone else's food is in the nightstand drawer. And my shoes stuck to the bathroom floor. Fine, we just want to get some sleep and get back on the road tomorrow. But then the toilet overflowed, and would only stop when Husband turned off the water. Called desk clerk, and she asked me to come to the desk and get assigned a new room. After I listed all the shortcomings, she asked me about 3 times if I wanted to check out and leave. I finally took her up on the offer, and left with a full refund. There is no Quality at the Quality Inn
