Very basic rooms, restaurant on site was not open, no access for pool.

Certainly need a car to access the place as it is up on the hills. The room was very basic, not even had a window, so felt like a shoe box, not recommended for people with claustrophobia.. Had no access for the pool as the gate is locked,the contact person called back many hours later, so we opted for the sea instead. The restaurant on site was closed and we saw no staff during our stay, can't even had a coffee, so if you want anything you need to go to town centre.. Overall for one night was okay, but wouldn't stay more.

The views up in the hills was very pleasant and the terrace for breakfast was nice. The room itself was basic but comfortable and the price very reasonable. You have a shower in your room but there is a shared toilet. It's quite far from St Laurent and not really walkable as it's along a winding road with no paths, so a car is recommended as taxis are expensive here (unless you can get an Uber). The couple running it spoke very little English but were friendly and helpful and were kind enough to give us a lift into town one day.

I booked for 4 nights through hotels.com, it's located on middle of the hill and our car was broken in the middle of road. When we walked up the hill to the hotel, the reception do not have any room and we were arranged to stay in another hotel in town for the 1st night. Very bad starting point. However, the owner (a couple) did what they can do to help us, drive us to another hotel, and help to call a towing company to rescue our car. Next day they drive us back to the hotel also. Though speak little English, the owner has a very nice attitude, we communicated through google translate. The room itself is very good, clean, good wifi, strong A/C, shower room relative spacious. Cleaning is done everyday. Plus the swimming pool makes it a nice deal for the price paid. The only advise is perhaps to call early on the day of your arrive to double confirm the reservation.

Little Gem on Nice hills

I stayed 2 nights in this lovely Villa. The quality-price is unbeatable for this area. My room, number 5, was in the corner of the house with 2 windows. Comfortable bed, very clean small room and shower. There is a TV and even air conditioning! The sun woke me up in the morning and I could enjoy the nice view on the hills and the sea gorgeous glimpse. The terrace is just perfect for a nice breakfast with a feeling of holidays in the countryside. Yet, you are few minutes from the Saint Laurent du Var city, then Nice. I had a warm welcome even if i arrived at 23h30. I felt completely at home. I really recommend it for low-medium budget travellers that will not expect a 5 star accommodation for this price :-)

Affordable stay, pretty quiet place. Very hospitable people. They didn't speak english there at all however, which made communication very difficult for me. Also, it's a bit remote, so a car is highly recommended. Other than that, I can recommend this place.
