Terrible! A hostel for young, male weed smokers and drinkers.

Disgusting place. Do you like stained toilets, cigarette burns in your duvet, stained walls, walking through an ashtray each day, etc... if yes, this is the place for you! We have stayed here about 8 times. It was ok. Not anymore. This last trip was a nightmare. The place was being painted by a group of men, one of whom made my teenage daughter and her friend feel very uncomfortable by openly gesturing to his friend to check them out as we walked past. I confronted him and got the no English grin (they weren't French). My complaint to management met with shrugged shoulders and "it's their culture"!. Countless groups of young men, night after night, sat outside our hotel doors, drinking, smoking weed, late into the night, beyond 2am. Manager confronting them in the morning over the mess, noise etc. People in the room next door cooking fish in their room each day!?! Seriously! Fire escape signs ILLEGALLY taped up, a sea of cigarette ends in all directions on the dry grass. BRILLIANT! Drunk guests + ciagerette end + dry grass = POTENTIAL FIRE! I KNOW, LETS TAPE UP THE SMOKE ALARMS! IDIOTS!!! An abandoned, smashed car in the car park was eventually removed (really inspires confidence when parking your own car in there, right!), but as you'll see in the photos, the rubbish!!! Our shower was broken, replaced with a handheld IKEA one that couldn't be attached to the wall! I did not feel comfortable the whole time here, and my teenage daughter and her friend certainly didn't! We left 1 day earlier due to the state of this place. There is nothing good about this HOSTEL anymore. Pay a little extra, stay anywhere else. We will never return. Not a hotel. At best, a HOSTEL.

We only paid €30 a night, which is good value for a clean and basic hotel room. It is exactly what you’d hope for at that price. The bonus is it is dog friendly. Free parking and next door to lots of shops. It broke our 12 hour drive up nicely. Building is being redecorated so will look nice.

Having stayed frequently in previous years mainly for the closeness to the Carrefour super market, we were pleasantly surprised that all rooms had been given a make over during the Covid down time. Staff at reception very helpful, nothing was too much trouble

Worst premiere classe ever

We have stayed in many premiere classe hotels over the last 21 years and except they are cheap and basic. However on arriving at this premiere classe, it looked dirty and run down on the outside with litter everywhere. On entering the room it smelt very smoky and stale, the bed covers were covered in cigarette burns, the toilet seat was broken and the toilet itself looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in months. I refused to shower as I felt I'd feel more dirty, due to the stains and hairs in there. The wash basin wasn't much better and again had terrible stains on it. I've put terrible value for money, not because of the price, but because I feel that we should not have to have paid anything for such a terrible room. Location also wasn't great, with nothing near by, however I feel that this is our fault for not researching the area.It's made us reconsider booking with you again later in the year, or in fact ever again.

A little run down

A little run down hotel that needs a face lift both inside and outside. It does have 24 hour security and the car park is closed at night with cctv. The rooms are small but has air condition and a shower. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and we slept well. The hotel receptionist spoke English and was very helpful. The breakfast was fine with simple continental style foodstuffs. The room does have Wi-Fi and a tv.
