Modern & "countryside" feel

This accommodation is in St Remy but on the outskirts of the town so you are out of the bustle and the bustle. You even hear a donkey bray on an adjoining property. Natahlie's breakfasts are great and she is a graceful hostess. Rooms are not "serviced" daily but it is quick to make your own bed. There is a system to get clean towels. St Remy is the "centre" of Provence and is a good base to explore the rest of the region. No WiFi access.

St Remy is a great base to explore Provenance. My wife and I shared the accomodation with another couple who are friends of ours. Natalie is a great host who makes a fantastic themed breakfast each morning. The property is immaculate with a sensational pool to relax by after a days touring. The bed is comfortable and bathroom has all you need. The surrounds are beautifully peaceful and quite. I would highly recommend.
Beautiful B&B in a Great Location

We could not have enjoyed our stay at Nathalie's bed and breakfast any more than we did. She and her husband were very gracious hosts, and we loved talking with Nathalie every morning over her delicious homemade breakfasts. We visited with literally no agenda, and Nathalie planned our days for us and with her help, our week in Provence was amazing. She is the main reason for our five-star review. St. Remy is a beautiful place to stay in Provence, and is centrally located so much that our day trips never required car rides longer than an hour. You drive through two gates to get to Nathalie's home from the main road, so you'll never need to worry about your rental car. Nathalie's B&B is in a building separate from their home, and contains two suites that share a dining area with a small fridge, sink and microwave. Nathalie and her husband keep the fridge stocked with bottled waters (sparking and still), sodas and some juice boxes. The property is surrounded by fields and secluded from any roads. There are no sounds to be heard at night anywhere. Unfortunately, it was too cold in late April to use the pool or even enjoy any meals outdoors, but the yard is lovely and every day we mused about how nice it would be to return in the summer. We stayed in the room on the right which was very large and had everything you could need. The bathroom was also large with a wonderful shower. The towel heating rack (which we don't have in the US) was also a nice addition that came in handy. There is also some tea bags and an electric kettle in the room as well. In summary, stay here for the delicious breakfasts, large and comfortable room, central location in Provence, and most importantly the lovely hospitality. We just got back to NYC and already cannot wait til our next visit. Also, note that this would be the perfect place to book if you need two rooms for a large family trip. As mentioned earlier, the B&B is its own separate building with two rooms and a shared dining area in between. Each room has its own private entrance at opposite ends of the building. If you are traveling with another couple or a few family members, book both rooms and don't worry about a thing! You will be in good hands.
Beautiful modern accommodation close to St Remy

This accommodation was part of our 2700kms tandem cycling holiday through France. We had been cycling in 'heat wave' conditions for the past week so the knowledge that our accommodation had a fantastic pool provided great impetus to cycle 100kms. We stayed here for two days (enjoying a 'rest day' in St Remy). Our host was very welcoming, although she was not at home when we first arrived - she answered her mobile immediately indicating she was only 10 minutes away (after attending to her ill horse). The property is secured behind two security gates so we left our tandem bicycle on our 'alfresco' area. The accomodation pod is directly opposite the house with the pool area in the centre. The pod houses two separate sleeping areas with a 'share' kitchen area in the centre. Modern large bedroom with a queen-sized bed, two chairs & small table and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A study table completes the room - all furniture decorated in a french provincial style. The ensuite was generous with a large hob-less rainwater shower and a stone top-mounted bathroom basin. Breakfast was generous, homemade and satisfying. Nathalie did pride herself in ensuring that we ate something different everyday. We walked into St Remy both days for our evening meal, which was quite close and a nice walk down quiet lanes (some pedestrian only). If we visit Provence again, we will certainly stay at Mas'Xime.
Unresponsive owner until they wanted our money (cancellation fee)

As an avid TripAdvisor user, I have to first say that we did not stay at this B&B, but wanted to rather leave feedback for other users and for the owner. We had booked this B&B about 2 months before our stay. Normally, we receive an e-mail or confirmation from the owners when we book, but we were not contacted by them at all over the 2 months prior to our planned stay. As a result, I proceeded to submit my own request about arriving at a later time than normal check-in hours since our flight did not land until 10pm. I sent this request 1 week prior to our arrival. I waited 3 days and still we had no response or confirmation either way. Since there were only 4 days left until our trip, we we tried calling them and got a busy signal. It was at this point that we decided to go ahead and cancel our booking as we were not willing to risk a last-minute answer telling us we could not arrive at our requested time, hence leaving us without any accommodation at the last minute. Literally less than 30 mins after we hit "cancel this booking", we received a message from the owner via Paypal to pay the 30% cancellation fee. A few minutes later, we were contacted directly by Nathalie herself who requested us to go ahead and pay the cancellation fee. In less than 1 hour after our cancellation, we were contacted not once, but twice by the owner, when they were completely unresponsive to our timing requests less than 1 week before our planned arrival. In my opinion, this is bad business practice and thankfully, we found another B&B in the same area for at a lower rate with very responsive owners who took the time to answer us without any delay.
