It’s a really nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms an amazing complementary breakfast. With the only down foul on my opinion that it’s a bit away from Salamanca and irapuato you are in between city’s but other then that’s pretty good hotel.

This is probably the only hotel NOT next to the train tracks in Salamanca and also has very good windows so you don´t hear any noise from outside. The staff is ALWAYS very kind and helpful, wanting to always make sure one is fine inside and outside the hotel. I was there for work and when my brother had a car accident, they all offered their help in and out the hotel and, although i hadn´t paid and left all my things there for some days while my brother was in the hospital, they gave me all the time I needed to get things sorted. I´m forever thankful to had been here when it all happened. But not only in special situations they´re like that. Every single stay is just as comfortable and I know that no matter what, the staff will always try to help and make sure I get the rest I need for me to continue working. They even accommodate my special needs somethings when it comes to food. EXCELLENT HOTEL!!!!!!

I will star by saying that this hotel really understands the concept of hospitality from the guards at the gates to the lobby attendants and room staff they all demonstrated high levels of service. I have many choices to stay in Salamanca but by far my first choice has been Hampton Inn, thank you Robert, Nyrma and all the staff that had made me feel welcome this past four years.

Cleanest Business Hotel in Salamanca

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel for business. I've tried others in Salamanca but this one is the cleanest and has the best service. The wi-fi always works (it's through Telcel, not Megacable, which give spotty service sometimes). There's plenty of parking and parking is free. The hotel doesn't really have a full-time restaurant but there's a Starbucks in the same parking lot so there's some food there as well as coffee. The complimentary breakfast is good. They had about 5 entree choices yesterday including waffles. The bathrooms and showers are all upgraded and have very nice shower heads with good water pressure. There is a nice Olympic-size pool downstairs. It is heated with solar panels (that I can see from my room) and huge. There were kids and families enjoying the pool earlier today, so if you plan on bringing children or you like to swim that is a nice amenity. There's space in the king suites to set up a second monitor/laptop if you travel with one. I plan to return to this hotel later this month for business again, this one is nicer than the Holiday Inn which is on Faja de Oro downtown. I feel that my car is safer here, too. They have 24 hour security in the parking lot. I would recommend this place, especially for business.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good. The wifi is a decent connection rooms are good space with good shower. Only thing is ask for a room on higher level as you can hear traffic outside and music from lobby.
