This is an older hotel that is under renovation. The room was dingy and felt unclean. We paid a premium for this room (I assume it was because it was spring break and a half hour from the beach). I shared my experience with La Quinta when asked to rate my stay. They should consider closing the hotel to renovate, or at least lowering the price during construction.

I noticed there is more construction work that is happening and the rooms need to be updated. However, with the AAA rate it is worth the cost for a short stay. I forego the breakfast because it was during the week day and noticed breakfast at most hotels is not the best quality.

Nice Accommodations

Hotel staff was very customer oriented and courteous. It was a great stay and the staff made it that happen. The rooms were clean and sanitized. There were modifications being completed but there was no disturbance at all.

Nice staff but problems with flushing the toilet made room unbearable

The hotel and price of the hotel was pretty good. Unfortunately, the toilet did not flush, the room phones wer inoperable. Staff pleasant but would not use this hotel again. The property is underconstruction, people working on their cars in the parking lot. Seemed more like a local residential hotel than for visitors.
