Spectacular views but needs attention in some areas

This small complex tries hard. Staff is welcoming and the appartments are clean and have everything you need. Nice bedding and lovely towels and dressing gowns for the adults. Breakfast is a great deal and varied. The apartment is too small for 4 people really. We had two apartments. We did not want the children to sleep in the only living space available. The sofas are the extra beds. The views are amazing and Sallent de Gallego is a nice little authentic village close to lots of activities in other villages which lack appeal like Formigal or Panticosa. The only criticism is that the appartment is really tiny for 4 people, and too hot to sleep under the roof. Our appartment on 3rd floor had air conditioning, but it was still unbearable in the top mezzanine level under the roof. The air conditioning did not cool that area. The other appartment, on the first floor had not air conditioning at all, neither provided a fan. The hot weather is something they cannot control, I know, but the main disappointment was the spa, pool area. It was too small and the water in the pool was very dirty, with floating black bits, hair, etc on it. Problems with the filters?

Amazing views in a cousy apartment-hotel

We arranged a long weekend for a tracking expetiencr and the Aparthotel Serrayo proved to be just perfect. It is just seconds away from the centre of Sallent de Gállego with views to the Pyrenees and the damm that can only be defined as breathtaking. The rooms are big enough and the kitchen is small but with all you need for cooking while staying. The hotel also has a spa that it is just heaven when you come back from trekking (and I guess from skiing during the season). I will definitely stay here again if I come back to this fantastic place (and I think I will!!)

A hotel with stunning views over the valley and a very helpful management. A romantic weekend away we stayed in one of the mezzanine appartments which was very spacious , the only downside being that the bedroom at the top was very warm despite the fact that this was in October... I had the misfortune to leave behind some toiletries in the room but the management kindly sent them to me by post...

Spacious and well-equipped apartments, most with excellent mountain views. Great facilities, especially for a family with small children (spa, pool, laundry). Friendly and attentive staff. We enjoyed our stay at Sarrato very much.

Doy 4 estrellas por que creo que el mantenimiento del SPA se podría mejorar, el agua de la piscina un poco turbia y el agua un poco fría. A pesar de eso, el resto fenomenal de hecho repetiremos. El personal es súper agradable, siempre dispuestos ayudar, muy atentos tanto el personal de recepción como del comedor. La limpieza de las habitaciones en general esta bien (aunque deberían mejorar las pelusillas del suelo) y el desayuno correcto. Relación calidad-precio inmejorable.
