a disapointment in almost all areas

staff in the breakfast room was very demanding - we weren't allowed to sit on the place of our choice. The room cleaning lady placed fresh towels and pillows on the floor in front of the room doors before she brought it into the room. Her excuse - I have no other place to put it !! VERY UNHYGIENIC !!! Non-smoking room was directly above the smoking area, which means we had to deal day and night with the smell of cigarettes. NO INTERNET / WIFI throughout our 3 day stay.

DIRTY HOTEL, UNHELPFUL STAFF.

Good points; Bedroom was quite large. We where given a disabled room which is what we requested They provided me gluten free bread for breakfast. However the woman who came to give it to me didnt understand us and didnt speak a word of English. The manager did ring us to apologise but this was too little to late. Bad points; The disabled rooms are the furthest away from the lift that's just bizzare. 1 socket in the room wasnt working. Furniture was verry worn the vaneer in the wood had started to break u,. the seat covers which were once red are more of a black coulour now. The furnitre needed replacing years ago. The bathroom was too dark and the door creaked, the bottom of the door frame and carpet in the bathroom was rotten due to water from the shower. There is no excuse for this level of filth. We arived early and said we where going to go in to the city (Stralsund) we asked as we where leaving what time the restraunt was open till we where told the restraunt was open until 10pm and we where given a card which said that the restraunt was open until 10pm. We couldnt park in Stralsund so had to come back to the hotel. we arived at the hotel at 8.25pm, we aproached the restraunt to look at the menu around 8.30pm. We where told they were not doing alacarte menu. this presented us a challenge as we tried to tell them one of us has a gluten alergy and would there be anything i could eat on the set menu. The waitreses/ bar staff didnt speak any English. unfortunatley we dont speak much German. we went to the receptionist who spoke perfect English to get her help. The waitres then came over to recption and told us through the receptionist the restraunt was now closed.it seemed that this was due to her not knowing any English or refusing to speak to us in English. when we complained we where told that the chef was too busy due to a bank holiday. she said they where full up. but there where loads of tables unocupied. The receptionist apologised and said there was nothing she could do. she recomended a restraunt in the town which we could not find, we did find one with a difrent name but as we arived there by 9 pm it was closing. We couldnt find anything that Icould eat due to my gluten alergy Ifind it disgusting that they can leave 2 diabetics without any food. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Urlaub im Hotel

Wir haben dieses Jahr einmal Hotelurlaub gebucht. (Sonst buchten wir Pension) Fürs Erste kann ich sagen, wir wurden die gesamte Zeit von einem sehr freundlichem Personal betreut. Das Frühstücksbufet war reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Abendessen war aufgrund des Personalmangels nur mit der Nachbuchung eines abendlichen Buffets, welches wir aber nicht nutzten. Als Sporthotel gab es reichlich Angebote. Ich nutzte die Sauna und war positiv überrascht. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer hat schon bessere Jahre erlebt. Desweiteren mussten wir an dem roten Sofa weiße Hundehaare von vorherigen Gästen entdecken. Das Bad war sauber und die Betten auch. Nach meiner Einschätzung dringend renovierungsbedürftig und dann mit Handwerkern, die etwas sorgfältiger arbeiten und nicht alles krumm und schief installieren. Also nach meiner Auffassung war das Preis Leistungsverhältnis recht grenzwertig.

Hotel für Sport, Freizeit und Familie

außerhalb von Samtens gelegen, ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Eigentlich für jeden etwas - für Sport, Sauna und Familie. Eine großzügige Anlage mit angenehmen Zimmern, sauber und ruhig. Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist okay. Essen schmeckt und es ist für jeden etwas dabei und abwechslungsreich. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Einzigstes Manko - das Hotel liegt in einem kleinen Industriegebiet. Der Blick aus dem Fenster in Richtung Natur und Strand ist nicht zu erwarten. Aber sonst nur zu empfehlen.

Ich hatte 3 Nächte Halbpension gebucht Das Zimmer war ok auch wenn die Möbel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. WLAN hat bei mir nie funktionniert, und dies zu egal welcher Zeit Über die Sporteinrichtungen kann ich nichts sagen da ich diese nicht genutzt habe Das was mir nicht gefallen hat , war die Halbpension, das Buffet war ok aber auch mehr nicht. Sorry aber ich komme nicht noch eiinmal hierhin
