So we are moving to San Antonio & for one night we needed to stay at a regular hotel before our extended stay was available- worst mistake ever. Walked in the room had been used like someone laid on the bed and ate in the room .... even washed their hands and used the hand towel...... what in the actual **** so I tell the front desk guy and he’s like well I can’t really move you I said then give me my money back & he said he can’t until the morning when a manager is available 🤣💀 what a freaking joke man ...... so needless to say I lost $60 & my family & I slept with out pillows on one bed & thank GOD I had alcohol in my car I always carry it around in a spray bottle ... so I sprayed the living sh!t out of the room and we went to go eat then came back granted we slept in a alcohol smell but it was better than what ever these ppl did .....

Pool was sky blue one thing but then I noticed weird people but it didn’t bother me because when I walked in I was greeted by Michelle and the lobby smelled like pinesol reminded me of my great grandmother home so I instantly thought I was home in Laredo the staff are very attentive and these reviews couldn’t be true I’ll be back next month when hopefully covid is gone clean smelly good rooms
Out of quarantine
Clean room and mango fresh I mean for the reviews I’m guessing upset guest just not following the rules and some guy smoking on third floor I had to complain about but the staff took care of it ASAP I was comfortable for the most part but the biggest was the manager hand delivering the items I requested from the front desk I got more then the value for the price I paid just follow the rules and your stay there will be absolutely the best

My stay thanks to LaToya AM Manager instantly took care of me with so much going on she made my stay as if I was at home. Thank you Byrone also for the great rate. I DEFINETLY would recommend this particular Red Roof to anyone.. My room was amazing and yes Extremely Clean ..

Dirty and Moldy rooms We had to switch rooms twice while being here because the first one didn’t have any toilet paper there was trash in drawers and mold in the fridge the second room the toilet wasn’t working and the 3rd room had trash under the bed and in drawers AND I had to go buy my own toilet paper!! We didn’t get any housekeeping service?? but I just let it go because I didn’t wanna be that type of person to keep complaining we did get a discount for the second night. then I got charged extra $75 for which they said I smoked in the room?? I had my 2-year-old daughter with me and I don't smoke. So the discount they gave did nothing. It wasn't my choice to stay here. horrible place!!!
