Worst Experience Ever
We chose this motel because it was dog friendly and a decent price. We came to regret this as there was no phone in the room and the sheets hardly fit the mattresses and there was nothing protecting the mattress under the sheets. Disgusting. We asked for 2 days to get a sheet change and housekeeping kept refusing saying they weren’t told to do that. Finally they agreed to do so but we had to lock up the dogs and leave the room. There were valuables in the room that we didn’t want to leave in there when we weren’t there. They agreed to letting my mom stay in there in the corner while I was walking the dogs outside. We were told to let the maid know when the room was cleared out and when I went to inform her she wasn’t easily available so my mom went to talk to her and let her know. Twenty minutes went by and I called my mom to see if they had come by as it was cold and my dogs were shaking and they still hadn’t so she went to talk to them as I walked my dogs for 10 minutes longer. She went to talk to them again and found them talking in a vacant room and asked them to come change the sheets and then go back to the room. I came back up and brought the dogs into the bathroom with me and while I was in there they came back. One decided to get the trash out of the bathroom while I was on the toilet and seeing as there were no locks on the door she was able to let herself in. She apologized but then went to tell the head housekeeper and then they laughed about the incident. Luckily none of the dogs got loose. She apologized and closed the door and did something else. I finished up and came back out and stood out of the way keeping the dogs close to me. As they were leaving I heard them speak in Spanish and say the word p*ntas. I knew they were probably talking about us and didn’t make a big deal of it because I figured it was just a hard day. The next day when I went to renew the room, I was told the housekeeper had actually been a manager and she had decided there was a verbal altercation and I had sworn at a maid and had put us on the do not rent list to where we were no longer allowed to stay there. There was no warning and they did not allow us any time to collect our belongings and be on our way. Neither of us had yelled or sworn at a maid and a manager wasn’t available to speak with as we were leaving. I would NEVER tell anyone to stay here again.
Dog poop and garbage everywhere. Elevator has year for inspections scratched out. Would recommend to stay away. Stan Hole’s in the wall. And women’s hair wiped on the bathroom wall. Need to get shots now to make sure I’m not going to get the HIV.
Roaches, crack kids, prostitutes and trash
If I can give zero stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. Disgusting hotel with crackheads and prostitutes. Roaches in the room. Dirty room upon arrival. Fist punches in the wall . People doing drugs in the back parking lot. Prostitutes on the property. Trash on the property. I have pictures and video of all of this. Also, I paid for seven nights and I get a knock on the door Saturday morning telling me I need to vacate because my time was up. I checked in on the previous Saturday and I should’ve stayed through the next Saturday night, that’s seven nights NOT the six I stayed! I am so disgusted with this property. The phones did not work and they kept lying about the Wi-Fi working and saying that it was just a weak signal even though people have complained about it weeks ago. I plan on taking these pictures to the health department and turning this hotel in immediately. I’m not just some poor crackhead that stays at the hotel. I’m very educated and will push this through. Especially, since they kicked me out one night early. How dare you guys treat a customer like this. One phone call and I will contact my media friends and have a story done on this. I have no problem with that!
Spacious room, great location.
I stayed here only for a night. The room was extremely spacious, and comfortable: 2 queen beds, refrigerator, kitchenette, and 2 bathroom sinks. The check-in was extremely quick, and staff was nice. Wi-Fi is free! On the other hand, the elevator is pretty old, and seems to need maintenance. Same with the bathroom, the toilet, and bathtub seemed quite old, and the toilet seat did not have a lid, which made me uncomfortable.
This place is gross
I don't think they even have housekeeping? There's trash in every corner of this place. The floors need repair. Other people's poop on the toilet seat. People food left in the sink. Obvious cleaning definitly not handled at this place. The shower is disgusting. I stayed here while they had pest control come into our apartment and I would have rather stayed with roaches.
