The absolutely worst so called Quality Inn ever l have stayed in.
First off is is a privately held and licensed under Quality Inns. Second the coke machine, washer, and dryer were and probably are still broken. The ice machine was dirty so I didn’t use it. Our room entry door has a huge gap at floor level so large that air whistled threw it all night. Get this, I ask for a room with a tub for my wife. Oh they gave us a room with a tub but the stopper was missing. Go figure that one. Should I tell you about the breakfast? No fruit, scramble eggs were cold and had excess water in the pan. I expect better from Quality Inn! I can not recommend this place. It was really bad. I-10 is right next to the building. Road noise was evident.
I have stayed at the Quality Inn many times and it never lets me down. I am always floored by the exceptional customer service and cleanliness of the Inn. Initially walking inside I'm always welcomed with many greetings and smiles from the staff. Mrs. Chris especially seems to genuinely care about everyone staying there, she goes above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible during my stay. Apart from the staff the rooms are always exceptionally clean and beautifully put together. They have great amenities like an indoor pool that's accessible in the winter as well as in this hot summer heat. I recommend this Inn to anyone and guarantee you will have an amazing experience just like me.
Modern New Rooms
This Quality Inn is great! New modern rooms, nice hot breakfast, and it's the closest hotel to the ATT Center! They have a nice outdoor pool, and USB outlets in the wall which is really unique! I don't get the other bad reviews. You have to treat people with respect.
We arrived late at night Reserve two rooms First they tell us we can’t get them together After that they manage to find 2 adjusted rooms on the second floor We enter , unpack and go to the shower SURPRISE! The shower is full of bugs They are in the bathtub You open a towel and they jump out We asked for another set of rooms and we are told “you can’t because you already got in the room” Only after 10 minutes and asking to talk to a manager they managed to find another too Same story At the beginning- no available rooms that are adjusted Only after we explain we have kids they suddenly have a pair of adjusted rooms Don’t go there Service is bad Cleaning do not exist
Very dirty and smell bad and too much to smoke
We will never come again, the hotel is dirty , smells terrible, the beds smells to much smoke and the blankets are not white, DONT come! the staff are nor friendly and no resolve nothing, i think that for the price could find several better options
