NO QUALITY for Quality Inn
Absolutely terrible tho breakfast was acceptable......if you are willing to ASK for yogurt, fruit, etc. Otherwise, forget it. I stayed here because I generally have only positive things to say about this brand, and I was also looking for a close place to Loma Linda Medical Center to stay for my appointment after traveling apx 300 miles. I once lived down here in this area, but THIS Quality Inn should not be allowed to carry the name. This is NOT a "fake review" It's the real deal by a "card holding" traveler who usually writes positive things. Not so here.
Worst stay at this hotel
This email will confirm my phone conservation with Guest Relations, earlier today. We checked into the above hotel yesterday (11/20/19) for one number. We were given room 213. Upon entering the room, I noticed a stale musty smoke odor. I immediately noticed a black burn mark on the carpet. (Photo attached) This is a non-smoking room. There was black spots splattered on the upright mirror in the room. (Photo attached) It would appear housekeeping or maintenance didn’t do a thorough cleaning. There were no drain plugs in the tub or sink. (Photos attached). We called the front desk around 9pm last night requesting a wake up call for 7am this morning. We never got the wake up call. We would have set the alarm, but ref was no clock or clock radio in the room. When we went to the breakfast room for our breakfast, the person responsible for the breakfast room was out in the lobby area socializing with the housekeeping staff. Meanwhile the milk containers for the cereal were empty. Also the cooked egg container was empty. Instead socializing with the other hotel staff, this individual should stay in the breakfast room to ensure supplies are kept stocked. We also found out the taps had been switched, at the sink. The cold was on the left side and the hot on right side. When my husband spoke to the manager about the lack of wake up call, her response was “sorry”. When I showed the manager, it was a wasted breathe. She said she was sorry. But the way she said it, you could tell she didn’t care & nothing would be done.
Wasn’t impressed as soon as I got there. There was a bunch of people walking around. And I had to check in through a window. Bed and pillows were hard. I was running late so I decided to get the continental breakfast but I found no coffee they really didn’t have much they had ran out of a lot of things. And it looked like they weren’t going to add some. I was very disappointed
This place was unacceptable. The room only had two towels. Floors were squeaky. The quality of the room was not worth the price. There was people hanging around, like they were at the mall. Breakfast that was offered had fruit that was rotten, eggs were cold and I lost my appetite. I would not recommend this place to anyone
Disgusting Place! Stay away.
I stayed on Friday July 12 for one night for a quick business trip. The attached photos should say it all. The front desk staff was very rude. I am a Choice Hotels member for about 10 years now. At all Choice Hotels, they usually recognize that and welcome me, but rude treatment wasn't expected. They also need to understand that if you're speaking Spanish in front of guests, that some of us are fluent in Spanish, even though our names may not indicate we might understand what you're saying. Most importantly, the room was sickening! See attached photos. The worst part was when I went to bed and pulled the top sheet over myself and smelled the odor of someone else's sweat. This was after I had already removed the filthy bed covering and the dirty pillow. At the pool the following morning, I heard people talking about how the air conditioning in their room just blew hot air. It was over 98 outside, so I can't imagine!
