Fiquei 5 noites nesse hotel. Na entrada, me ofereceram o serviço de estacionamento/manobrista por 36 dólares, o qual eu prontamente RECUSEI, pois tinha um estacionamento publico (pago) a 2 quadras do hotel, a 20 dólares por dia. Para minha surpresa, no meu cartão vem uma cobrança de 144 dolares (4 diarias). Entrei em contato com o hotel e ele não admite que está ERRADO em me cobrar. Todos os dias eu deixava o carro no estacionamento, pegava o ticket, caminhava até o hotel, no outro dia caminhava até o estacionamento, pagava o ticket (20 dolares, alguns dias com cartão de crédito, outros com dinheiro) e tirava o carro. Enviei um comprovante do estacionamento ao hotel e MESMO ASSIM eles não querem admitir que estão me cobrando indevidamente. Se você não quer ser cobrado por serviços que não foram prestados NÃO FIQUE NESSE HOTEL.
Iconic Hotel Worth the Stay

If you were like me and was curious about what it was like to stay at the iconic Hotel De Anza, you will not be disappointed. The staff was incredibly generous with their time, helpful in responding to our questions, and friendly in offering tips and stories about the historical hotel. The location itself can't be beat, within walking distance of San Pedro, SAP, SJSU, and even, if you're up to it, the Rose Garden neighborhood. It's both modern in its conveniences and yet has maintained its historical allure. If you're looking for a vibrant hotel, one that has its share of fascinating stories from the past (and probably some haunted ones too), stay at the Hotel De Anza.

Really incredible front desk staff. They were so welcoming, found me a restaurant and apologized for the lack of amenities. I hope that the club and restaurant open soon.

Hotel & room were clean overall. Customer service provided by Jen & Josh was friendly and hospitable. Staff was very attentive & accommodating. Location is great in reference to desired downtown destinations and the HP center. But beware if you are unfamiliar with the area & are sensitive to noise or a light sleeper. The airport is close and it’s a busy area. Comfortable beds helped keep us asleep despite some spirited noises outside all night. Had to sleep a bit warmer than usual unfortunately due to a rattle from the hvac unit that was annoying so turned it off. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family assuming that is a problem they quickly address.

The hotel is on the older side of things, but well maintained. The staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. The room was clean with everything in very good working order. Even the TV remote worked!! (Also, they are setup to let you use your smart phone as a remote control.) I couldn't check out the food aspects as Covid-19 restrictions were still impacting restaurants.
