Casa 1810 was our home away from home while we were in San Miguel de Allende. The staff went out of their way to make us feel like family! The GM to the hostesses, the concierge to the bartenders- all top notch! The location is great for visiting the Centro and the architectural aesthetics of the rooms is worth the trip alone!

We walked by this beautiful hotel the last time we were in San Miguel, and knew we wanted to stay here the next time we were there.
Roberto and his staff were nothing short of incredible !! We travel all over the world and Hotel 1810 is definitely at the top of our list. The hotel is located half of a block from the main square and magnificent cathedral in the center of the city, which makes for the ultimate location. Hotel 1810’s staff, rooftop restaurant/bar, architecture, furnishings and staff are 5 star and will not disappoint !!

My fiancee and I put a $5K deposit down for a wedding rehearsal dinner prior to Covid. Our agreement stated that we had up until 1 month prior to the event to cancel and receive a refund. We needed to move the event due to Covid, and management at the time was receptive and flexible. Then management changed...
New management was far less flexible in accommodating our wishes and wanted to re-negotiate aspects of our agreement (food menu, bar selection, pricing). The changes were not acceptable from our perspective so we asked to refund our deposit as stated in our initial agreement on August 11th, 2021. It's been over a month and no sign of any movement outside of being told 'they're working on it.' I've asked for a timeline multiple times and have yet to receive one. As a last resort, I'm now filing a dispute with my credit card company and warning others of this poor business practice.
Customer service and cleanliness is on point!

From helping us with making adjustments with our booking, helping with transportation, the check in process and the customer service is EXCELLENT. The hotel is immaculate and they take all the precautions to keep you feeling safe. My husband and I both work in customer service driven industries in Los Angeles and the bar and restaurant staff were amazing. Shared tips and places to visit. All our good vibes, good conversation and great people. Special shot out to bar/restaurant staff Juan, Abuelo and the kick ass female manager. As well as David and Ivan at the front desk. We can’t wait to come back. ❤️❤️
Perfect visit in July

We had a perfect experience at the hotel. Stayed for 1 week and spent about half the time in SMA and did great day trips to GTO, QTR and Dolores Hidalgo on other days. The hotel staff is absolutely wonderful. Felt like coming home every day. Friendly, attentive, helpful. Arranged taxis, guides and told us where to go for everything from ice cream, ATMs and restaurants. Don't miss sunset at Antonia Bistro. Magical! The room was spacious sanctuary. Bells from churches and even mass could be heard on a few days. Very quaint. Bathroom spectacular with original finishes and historical flair. Rooftop breakfast amid the stunning architectural was a delight. Home away from home! Would absolutely return. The hotel is located through a great art gallery so there is a creative, chic feeling to arrival. Yet you are so close to the Jardin and all the fun walks at night watching the local and family out enjoying the evening air. The hotel is located on a pedestrian only street near the main square so a very safe and secure spot for walking. Staff organized a doctor to come to our room to do the Covid test and we rec'd an emailed pdf which allowed us to easily pass through all the airport issues.
