From the moment i walked in at 1 they had my room ready being a IHG rewards member. Free water and snacks. I like that about the hotel. Very friendly staff. The front staff super nice. Sorry forget names. The hotel shuttle driver also super nice and friendly. Wifi good. AC was a little off but it wss still comfy. Room amenities great bathroom clean shower water great. Super good pressure. No complaints. Will def be back. Btw excellent location to shops restaurants gym bars etc. Thank you.

The hotel itself is very nice. Pretty, clean, and kept well. The rooms as well, Were great; simple yet clean, comfortable, with great views and comfy beds. Even the bathroom was pretty. When you check in, they give you these vouchers for you and whoever is staying with youfor breakfast. So, if you forget it, lose it or just simply don't have it, you can't eat. Breakfast was pretty decent though, a combination of a continental and Mexican breakfast. Plus, staff in the dinning room were very nice and helpful and that is always appreciated, especially early in the morning. Wish their front desk was the same. Their parking is a bit strange in my opinion since they don't have one on site and instead you have to park in a shopping centers garage. I tried to get help from one of their front desk personnel and the look of annoyance on this guys face just irked me, especially since I approached him as polite as possible. At one point, he laughed at us when we told him the instructions he was giving were not making sense. In the end, I assumed he felt us being annoyed and just took a deep breath and drew us a map but even while doing so, was condescending with his tone. Not the best experience. There is a shopping center next to the hotel with stores, restaurants and coffee shops but for the most part, you'll need a car to go elsewhere since there was nothing else nearby. Again, beautiful hotel but not the nicest front desk reception at any point in the day.

Staff is not friendly at all. Breakfast is Bad compared to other Holiday Inn's. No cinnamon rolls. Beds and pillows are what you expect, great. Clean Rooms and Hotel grounds are well kept. Plenty of great options around, would not come back. Front desk staff needs a customer training session.

Excellent hotel, warm, friendly and very efficient hotel staff, from the front desk to the people who make my room up, very easy to check in, and was greeted as a IHG member. The room is excellent, internet is outstanding, and comfort is exceptional. I was somewhat disappointed that there is no pool at this location, maybe you can put one in at some point. Check out was equally excellent, just an exemplary experience all around.

The location is central and the building is modern. Rooms are clean and updated. Rooms have irons and ironing boards, along with a good size bathroom and shower. The beds are comfortable and there is a desk to work at. Also a small refrigerator and microwave. Small selection of breakfast items are included. You will need a car or driver since the restaurants nearby are not walkable. This is the only negative item for this location.
