Boa estrutura , limpeza eficiente, piscina muito bem cuidada e um café da manhã com muita variedade .... gostamos da localização, mas mesmo assim, por comodidade é melhor estar com carro para visitar as praias da região .... voltaria com toda certeza ...
Our experience was below average. The staff speaks English poorly. The view of the room was nice but the sink was clogged and a foul odor came out of it. Breakfast did not include many healthy options and even the fruit wasn’t fresh; it was canned fruit. Food at the lounge was prepared in the microwave. Furthermore, a car is adviced because you cannot reach the beach as well as the city by feet. Also parking at the hotel isn’t free. Even though the receptionist was kind, we wouldn’t come back. Definitely not a four star hotel in our eyes.
This hotel is shocking!!! No idea where 4 stars came from, everything about it is shoddy from the disinterested staff to the revolting food and the shabby room fittings. The hotel clearly shuts down in September so there is no food available from 10 am after the sad breakfast finishes. From 6pm, there is a minimal choice of horrible microwaved offerings from the bar. The pool looks beautiful but is freezing cold and the pool bar is shut. There is a shuttle service available at a cost but there are no taxis available in San Teodoro town and few shops are still open in October. A very disappointing experience all round, a great shame in such a beautiful place with lovely weather.
Lovely Hotel but isolated
Just wrapping up a lovely week in Sardinia whilst staying at the San Teodoro Hotel. Have to to stay the staff are just so friendly and extremely helpful. The Hotel is clean , well maintained and has a lovely peaceful pool area. As it is coming to the end of the season the Hotel has been quite and very limited in terms of its food offering . Breakfast has been just right but any more than a one week stay may feel a bit repetitive. That aside it has met our needs. The only issue and it is a major one is that it is virtually impossible to walk anywhere due to the lack of pavements and a busy road. If you do not have a car you have to depend on the Hotel Shuttle to town or the beach . You have to pay for the shuttle . Beach towels are also an additional cost . All in all we have loved our week , had there been a pavement or footbridge our stay would have been perfect. Thank you to all the staff at the Hotel - you are all amazing
We went here twice whilst in Sardinia to visit family as our hotel was grim. Gorgeous setting. Staff friendly. Pool area fantastic. Rooms looked great though we weren’t staying over. Wish we would have stayed here. Loved it.
