Sh-t show.
The staff partied in the room above us. The music was blaring at 5am. My husband went to pack the car. He passed a guy coming from the room upstairs. Then when he went to check out IT WAS THE SAME GUY who had come from the party room. WTF.the blinds and curtains wouldn’t close all the way so we kept seeing someone creep by the winders. Also, shower wouldn’t drain. Peeling paint inside the tub basin. The tub was previously red. Currently white. With red splatter (chipped paint) it looked like a massacre had taken place. Hubby thought I sh-t myself because of the rancid smell of sulfur - at least that’s what we chalked it up to being. No coffee pot. No trash cans. The phone in the room didn’t work and last night I heard a cell phone buzzing that I could NOT find. No breakfast any of the days and we checked everyday. They kept saying they’d have it the next day. Then he saw yet another staff member come out of another room, half dressed, with a pimp pipe hanging from his mouth. But you know, above all, I’ve lived in worse conditions. So it wasn’t as bad as life can get. However, he paid actual money to stay here. And that’s not right. A paying customer should be given what is discussed at check in OR THEY SHOULD BE REFUNDED. There are shelters - free to the homeless - that are in better condition. I’ve seen them. It’s true. So tell people when they check in that your hotel is a complete SH-T SHOW.
Horrible and getting worse! Stay elsewhere!
I have stayed at this property several times, and each time got worse. It is in a terrible state of disrepair, dirty, and run down. Additionally, every time I stayed, there were noise issues, police arresting sketchy people, and even a fire--apparently drug addicts were cooking something. As a diamond Wyndham member, I have never stayed at a Wyndham property this bad. I will not ever return.
Horrible place
Horrible place. Disgusting, food and spoons underneath mattress, tv didn't work. No towels or toilet paper. We left immediately to another hotel. Customer service was rude. Never even made an attempt to make it right.
Low Standards
Not a well-maintained property. We checked out early as we just couldn’t bear to stay any longer. Property looked good online but the room was filthy, especially the flooring, mattress and bathroom. We Lysol-wiped everything we could but it wasn’t enough for us. Any cleaning standards are missing at a time when it should be their #1 priority. We were also kept awake by people hanging around outside our room on the stairs and external hallway through the night, even mid-week. Better to pay a little more and stay somewhere else!
Extremely Horrible Conditions
I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to write this one. This property is completely filthy and is generally in very a deplorable state. I stayed here because the location is good not realizing the horrid state of this property. The rooms very old and are obviously not cleaned and are in a very shabby state. More specific concerns were a toilet seat that was not properly cleaned and had excrement on it, room floors that were sticky and not cleaned to the point of leaving your feet black, a non-functional coffee maker, and sheets did not fit the bed which kept exposing a dirty mattress. The property was extremely noisy throughout the night to the point were it felt generally unsafe. I checked out early due to these conditions and found other accommodations. In any case, these one star ratings are a warning to anyone thinking about staying here and I would give a negative rating if that were possible.
