Horrível, péssimo, desagradável, Velho, sujo, estragado e caro. Vergonhoso. Os quartos a cair de podre. Não devia ser possível um sítio assim usar o nome de hotel. As madeiras rangem por todo o lado. O elevador abana por todo o lado.

Week end at the sea

The building is charming and perfectly located. We parked the car and for 3 days we didn’t need to use it. The beach and the city center are at walking distance. Our room had a beatiful see view. The room was a bit dated but clean. Good selection for breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was amazing, fresh and tasty, specially the sea food pasta.

Difficult to know where to start as the hotel does have a few positives such as location, great sea views and friendly staff however the overall experience is very poor, it is an old building in desperate need of renovation and a deep clean. The double room allocated to us was very small with probably the worse en-suite I have ever used, the safe was left free standing in the wardrobe, the air conditioning was noisy and impossible to set and the plugs would not take EU adapters due to their design ( light switch and plug all in one ). I would also question the safety of the hotel lift. We paid 108 Euros per night plus tax and parking, having visited a couple of hotels along the same road it is obvious there are much better value for money hotels in San Remo. Definitely wont be returning.

THE DIRTIEST PLACE EVER

Here for work, the production booked this 3 stars hotel. The moment I entered I had already some doubts. When the person at the reception (she didn’t even show us the rooms. She just told is there around the corner) gave us the room keys the nightmare begun. The room was managed for 4 people (so u can imagine the mess around) although they knew it was for 2 people. I was about to sit on the blankets and I noticed something on the bed: it was dirty af. With several spots of what seemed to be (if we are lucky enough) wax but actually it was more likely ... u understand what... The small carpet to enter the bathroom was full of dogs hairs and still dirty. I WOULD LIKE THEM TO HAVE SOME SANITARY CONTROL. The passage to the 5stars hotel in front was just as quick as you can imagine. Also: if you want some proof of this just ask me for the video I filmed. I cannot upload it here but if you ask I can send. TO ME IT’S A NO!

Friendly staff, paid parking available on site, rooms are quiet and comfortable. I paid a little extra to get ocean views and it was worth it. Hotel is close to the centre of Sanremo, however perhaps not walkable. Restaurants are close by. Breakfast was included in room rate and was adequate.
