My stay was awesome! I was in SC for my Sister-in-law funeral. I do not drive and thought I could use car services...Not a chance. I asked the manager for taxi info but none available. Manager came to the rescue and asked his son to drive me to the funeral! Best stay ever. Room was great with comfortable bed and Clean. Thank you for your service.

Although the website said the pet fee was $10 I was charged $20. The tub faucet wouldn't turn off so water ran all night. Breakfast was the same as most places. Bed was comfortable Overall the place was a little worse for wear.

Very clean room area well lit at night a big plus as we are traveling with 2 dogs. Reasonable pet fee per night. Breakfast Buffett was nice Check in easy and front staff very friendly. Order pizza fro local Pizza Hut and as quits surprised as how good it wad

We booked our room in advance, having arrved after 10 hours of travelling, we were told we were lucky to get the last room, even though we had reserved the room a week before, and it was paid for in advance. Upon entering the room, we found it moldy smelling, cracked tiles, dusty and crumbs on the floor. The bathroom was dirty, drain full of hair, cobwebs, everywhere, a giant spider crawling around the room, and we were not sure if the sheets were clean. Floor boards warped and water marks on the ceiling. Security Latch missing on the door, and phone was dead. We had no choice but to stay over, as we were exhausted from travel. The only good thing, was dinner at the Cracker Barrel across the street. Do not recommend and would never go back to this place.

I honestly don't know if I can say enough great things about this place!! I talked to Neha who was amazing at customer service and gave us the best room rate around. I was shocked on how beautiful the rooms were when I got in. Immediately greeted with a wonderful smell that was clean/ refreshing. I can tell they take pride in their rooms. It seems like all the rooms were recently updated and painted. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Honestly, one of the better hotels I have stayed at and the price point.... seriously cannot be beat! You will not regret staying here.
