Prédio novo, muito bonito, funcionários muito simpáticos, apartamento de tamanho excelente, suíte, sala e cozinha conjugada, sofá cama na sala. Estive hospedada semana passada com meu marido, e 2 crianças, nos atendeu perfeitamente. A limpeza do apartamento deixou a desejar, tive que pedir uma vassoura emprestada para o vizinho para varrer, pois estava muito sujo, as moças só arrumavam as camas, trocavam as toalhas dia sim dia não, e lavavam a louça. Fora isso senti que não limpavam nada! Para quem tem criança, achei meio perigoso pois as janelas são inteiriças do chão ao teto, não possui nenhuma grade, se voce deixar aberto é muito perigoso de acontecer um acidente. Tive dificuldade para ligar o fogão por indução, fui até a recepção e o porteiro tentou me explicar até que consegui ligar. O apartamento fica perto de 2 estações de trem, tem um supermercado a 1 quarteirão de distância, farmácias, feirinha ao ar livre que vende frutas e verduras. Recomendo muito para quem vai com crianças. A região é muito bonita e bastante movimentada. Íamos a pé para o shopping costanera, onde tem muitas opções de tudo. Só usamos uber, ficamos com medo de usar taxi devido a má reputação. Alguns uber recusaram a corrida ao ver que tinha um bebê sem a cadeirinha apropriada. No apartamento, tem microondas, forno, fogão, pratos, talheres, copos e taças, panela, frigideira, apenas senti falta de uma faca apropriada para cortar alimentos, tive que me virar com o que tinha. Televisão no quarto e na sala, com netflix e tudo mais. Internet wifi ótima, super rápida!!! Recomendo muito a estadia!!!

Excelente!! Instalações super novas com suite de casal e um sofá cama na sala. Duas TVs de ler a cabo de 55” no quarto e na sala. Ambas com smart TV e TV a Cabo. A higienização, limpeza e arrumação dos apartamentos é ótima. Mas não há arrumação no sábado e no Domingo. O que deveria mudar. O atendimento do pessoal da recepção e arrumação é da melhor qualidade. Todos educados e muito solícitos. Alugamos três apartamentos e nos hospedamos em sete adultos e três crianças. Acomodou todo mundo com satisfação e conforto.

Excellent apartments suited to longer stays

We recently spent 3 weeks at Zip Apartments El Golf and very much enjoyed our stay. Chosen for the location close to family, our two bedroom apartment was well presented and offered comfortable accommodation. Upon arrival check in was straight forward having already received the instructions ahead of time. Our apartment was on the 15th floor, and was of a high standard. We had everything that we required , from towels, cutlery, pans, etc. There isn’t an abundance of kitchen equipment, but certainly enough to be able to function. The lounge area was comfortable though did lack a TV , with the bedrooms instead having TVs. The second bedroom was a little on the small side and lacked the air conditioning that the main bedroom had meaning it did get a little hot in the height of the summer. However the bedrooms were well appointed with comfortable beds and the two bathrooms were of a good standard . Worth noting though that it both showers are used at the same time , the hot water is erratic . The apartment team were responsive, answering questions when asked and also coming to fix some small details such as a jammed door. The building is modern with good facilities, including a lovely rooftop pool with excellent views towards the Andes. The only downside is that should you wish to hire a car, parking is $10 a day which seems overly expensive. All in all a great base for our stay and would recommend for those staying more than a few days in Santiago.

The location at on Magala is wonderful. I absolutely love this neighborhood! Every time I have stayed here I have had a wonderful stay, the front desk guys are great, they do not speak much English if any at all, but they are extremely friendly. The apartments are always spotless, comfortable, and feel like home. Compared to the W Santiago you probalby will not see any celebrities but at about $400 less a night this place is the best deal in the city.

Loved this apartment hotel!! Located in a convenient area, near the subway station Alacantara. Grocery store, pharmacy and banks nearby. Beautiful design, great kitchen and beds are very comfortable. Room is new and very clean. Rooftop pool is lovely, but the water was too cold. Gorgeous view from the roof. Definitely recommended!! Note: there is no signage or formal entrance, so it’s difficult to identify on arrival. The actual office for the hotel is in the building next door.
