This small hotel is situated in Sarada's city center an 2 minutes away from the Promenade/Beach. The ferry terminal is less than 10 minutes away. My room was nice, clean and the bed was comfy to sleep in.

My cousin and I stayed two nights in this hotel and we really liked it! It will be the place we will stay in when we return to Saranda! We had two rooms with Seaview and Balcony, one de Luxe Both were equally nice and kept spotless. The smaller one didn’t have a safe so if that is important get a de Luxe room! Located right above the Promenade by the waterfront and close to everything! The view is amazing over the bay and city., Staff very nice and helpful. Thank You Staff at JoAn for being so nice and attentive

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Joan in Saranda. The hotel is located in a perfect spot, next to the bus station and very close to the seawalk. My room was spotless clean, with a nice balcony and excellent breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Saranda.

We stayed here during August and really enjoyed it! The central location of the hotel is very convenient you can reach the main promenade, restaurants, bus station and many other attractions in a few minutes walking. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable, they offer daily cleaning and daily linens change for free. The breakfast is plenty and fresh. We were more than happy to have a parking space reserved for us everyday in front of the hotel by the receptionist who by the way was very friendly and willing to help with any information you may need about what to do in Saranda and not only! We definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed at this hotel mid October and it was really surprising! The price was just incredible for what we were offered, the junior suite we stayed at was great with a beautiful view of the city centre and the sea at the same time, the breakfast was plenty and fresh, staff is really friendly and helpful. We were also lucky as the weather was still nice to go to the beach!
