Decided after one night it wasn't for us. The whole place is totally neglected and run down. Paid for 5 nights and left after one. Female staff - excellent. Couldn't recommend it. Needs a big budget renovation

This is an OK hotel in a nice location, the whole place feels like it has seen better days. We went in early June, the place was very quiet. Rooms are clean, and they tidy them every day. We had working AC, WiFi, and an anti-mosquito socket thingy, which I always appreciate. The most disappointing was breakfast (white toast bread, sugary jams, oily eggs, cheap ham, etc.) I hope they improve on this when there are more guests staying. Overall I don't staying going there, but it was a very average experience.

The best part of this hotel was its location to where we wanted to be. Staff is interesting, nice to clients, sometimes, but if you don't ask, it doesn't get done, ie, cleaning room daily and changing towels. Maybe they were short-staffed? Decent breakfast but nothing to write home about. Bathroom also decent but not checked daily limited its appearance. If I went back, it would be due to its location, which for me is close to relatives living in the area, and pricing.

My review is based on the fact that this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel,but it was not.The main reason for choosing this hotel was the waterslides for the children but when we arrived only 2 out of three were working.The pool was pretty decent but the pool bar prices were too high.The rooms were clean but with basic comfort and furniture.Although our 4 children are young (between 4 and 12 years old) they did not give us only the family room (where we could fit for just a night's sleep) but made us book a second room.So for 120e the 2 rooms the night i had better expectations for our money's worth.There was plenty of hot water.The garden consists of olives and it was big but not well taken care of.There is noise from the road ,which on the other hand gives easy access to the hotel.The served breakfast was really basic: ham,cheese,eggs and bread,butter and marmalade,milk, filter coffee and concetrated orange juice.Maybe for a couple or a single traveller is value for money but certainly it wasn't for us.

Abbiamo soggiornato qua per un lungo weekend e ci siamo trovati molto bene, la struttura necessiterebbe è vero di un pò di manutenzione in più ma la stanza era perfetta,tranquilla, pulita ogni giorno e funzionale, fresca anche senza l'utilizzo del condizionatore che era comunque presente e funzionante e il bagno ampio e finestrato. La colazione buona ed abbondante e il proprietario gentile e premuroso sebbene di poche parole. Comodissimo per visitare la meravigliosa riviera dell'Attica da Atene a Capo Sounio che non ci ha deluso: mare incantevole e clima stupendo come nel resto della Grecia visitata un pò ovunque negli ultimi 25 anni ormai e molto bella anche la spiaggia, libera ed attrezzata davanti all'hotel e raggiungibile con un sottopasso in due minuti evitando il traffico della Atene-Sounio. La piscina con gli scivoli funzionava ed era utilizzata dai bambini ma noi non ci siamo mai stati avendo a disposizione la meraviglia dell'Egeo! Se ricapitasse l'occasione torneremo molto volentieri.
