Beautiful Facade and big hotel.

The hotel was very beautiful from the exterior and had a very nice facade.It was a simple but very elegant European style expansive building with gardens and a nice set of big trees on the backside. The hotel entrance decorations were very elegant, while the Xmas decor inside was just ok. I liked the room, it was a superior room with a contemporary European theme and colors. I was impressed by 2 trash cans one for bottles and cans , other for regular, The bath was more lavish than expected for that room style. The view was mountain. The food at the breakfast was very good, i ate only healthy food but i could see a large selection for anyone who likes buffets. The corona protocols were done well and the staff was nice. I was given check in before the actual time, which was very thoughtful. The park is less than a minute away and the hotel sold many ticket plans. Overall it was a beautiful service hotel with many facilities for families, couples and even businessmen.

It's my wife's birthday and we decided to make use of the One Harmony membership birthday benefit to book the room and the communication with the hotel is simple and easy. I had stayed in 3 Nikko hotels in Japan before and found that this is the best I ever encountered. Everyone is so friendly and that gives you the warm feeling. The hotel is dated, however, it is kept under really good condition. The only cons is the air-conditioning, Only warm air in Nov is a bit annoying. We have to open the window to let some cold air in even though we turned off the air-conditioning. Naoki Taniyama checked us in. He is so professional, friendly and a man who look into every details. We told him that we wanted to go the Huis Ten Bosch Park and Taniyama San told us all the details and even showed us the express entrance from hotel to the park. While we were outside, it was a cloudy day and he reminded us that we could get an umbrella from the hotel if it rained. Taniyama San who made us feel the hotel is a home away from home. Thank you. Apart from Naoki Taniyama, Ms Mori, from the restaurant aside the lobby where we had the welcome drink was so sweet and greeted us every time we walked by. If you are going to spend a night in Huis Ten Bosch, I would highly recommend this one!

Nice 4 stars hotel with direct access to Theme Park

As said, this hotel is back to back with the theme parke fence so you can access it from the hotel without need to go the the theme park main entrance. Rooms are ample and with everything you need including complimentary cofee-tea and wifi. Also refrigerator with minibar for purchase. We hade a breakfast included rate and found the breakfast buffet quite good with western and japanese choices. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the train station and they have trolleys for you to carry your luggage up to the hotel; we didn't know that and we just walked with our luggage which fortunately, was not heavy; however after check out and for the way back, we used a trolley and left it in a trolley spot in the station. Hope you are lucky and find one next time you travel to Huis Ten Bosch.

It was grand. The room facilities are good and clean. Staff are helpful and nice. Many choices in breakfast and taste good. Too many people, you’ve to wait and wait and wait to bath and have breakfast. Better to bath in room. I was a bit disappointed with the appearance of their garden.

The location is excellent with a hidden short cut connecting the Huis Ten Bosch Park. Rooms are a bit dated but they are clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel provides excellent Japanese food with very competitive prices.
