Hotel confortável com ótimo café da manhã
Para se hospedar nesse hotel precisa estar de carro, porque ele fica afastado do centro de Savannah e da parte histórica. Mas o hotel no geral é muito bom, faz pipocas para as crianças como forma de interação com os hóspedes. tem um ótimo atendimento e café da manhã. O quarto é pequeno, mas muito confortável e silencioso. Excelente para um hotel econômico.
An older very small place.
Our check-in went smooth and the girl was super friendly. Our room was really small and had the design of a 60's road house with the semi round shower. The bed was comfortable and the room was freshly painted with a good sized TV. The continental breakfast was coffee, a choice of a couple of juices and a small roll. That's it and we were very disappointed with that.
Worst Choice Hotel Ive Ever Been to
STAY AWAY!! This place needs serious improvement not only to the rooms but to their overall customer service and hospitality. This is one of the worst places I've ever stayed. I was NOT greeted even after attempting to greet the front desk agent. I've never seen such poor hospitality at a place that is supposed to have hospitality down to a science. The rooms are not properly cleaned and smell like mildew coming from the AC units. The smell is so bad that I asked to be moved and the night clerk found me a different room right across from the front desk. You can hear the door to the front desk open every time. This room still smells like straight mold mildew but just not as bad as the original room 109. This current room is also not properly cleaned with mold in the shower and the AC unit, hair in the sink and bugs on the floor. I wasn't told that I was being charged an additional $50 on top of what I already paid online making this room $109. It's not worth the $59 I paid for it in the first place let alone the additional charge which I assume is for incidentals. They have a sign with which they talk about this charge but not everyone reads and you need to be very verbal about this because maybe I didn't want an additional charge on my debit card but now you all have done what you want. I promise you this I expect that authorization hold of $50 to be removed immediately from your side after my checkout today 8/18/2020 @ 11am. If this isn't done in a timely matter additional legal process will be imminent in concert with the negative feedback against this location owned and operated by Divya, Inc. Choice Hotels needs to take a very close look at this specific location and Divya Inc because it's not what I expected from the brand. I'm appalled at the lack of customer service and cleanliness at a brand that Divya Inc is representing. I expected to have a great stay here easy and care free but what I got was a hassle and uncomfortable stay.. this would never happen at a Wyndham Property so it only goes to show you that this location gives Sleep Inn and Choice Hotels a very bad name. I'd seriously consider spending your hard earned money somewhere else that appreciates it. They really could care less about you or your stay they appear to only want to charge you the highest rate and incidentals they can and hope that you don't pay attention to your card/account. Always make sure you force the front desk to check your room at check out because it appears they want to try and keep your $50 and even try and charge you $150 more for random fees although this is bogus as well as you can tell that these rooms have been smoked in before just by the smell from the AC units which obviously need coils cleaned. Choice Hotels Guest Relations number doesn't work and tells you to go to their website which tells you to call 24 hours. It's a never ending loop that gets you nowhere.

The Front desk girl Jazmin was very kind and pleasant. But on the other hand Unfortunately the room had humidity smell. The room was clean, comfortable and organized. I’ll recommend this hotel to travelers.

This hotel failed to meet my expectations. After driving 8 hours what you expect is a hotel that is convenient, one that is clean & sterilized for Covid19, the room ready for your arrival. You expect everything to be in working order and you expect great customer service. I will give them a plus for having a convenient location right off I-95, comfortable bed and kudos for the friendly front desk staff. The room did not seem clean & I spent my first 10 minutes wiping down everything with Lysol. When they say "cozy rooms" they should really say tiny. Perfect for one person but not two. The room is so compact that the bathroom sink is in the room with a pocket bathroom door to the shower & toilet. They only provided towels for one person. The TV remote was not working. The shower head was broken spraying water everywhere. The refrigerator was one solid block of ice. The staff said, that's good it means its working! The PC in the business center was out of order. The facilities are all closed due to the virus crisis and only coffee, OJ & danish are provided for breakfast instead if the hot breakfast advertised. They need to improve the quality of the rooms & be more receptive when guest voice a complaint.
