Wonderful stay

Lovely stay here at Ashburton House. The place is well decorated and very clean. The rooms were very comfortable. The staff are super comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty. Only slight annoyance was the shower had weak pressure, but it didn’t ruin our stay. We’d certainly return if in Scarborough again.

Fantastic hotel, great location

Hotel is fantastic, it’s nice and clean, rooms are lovely and free parking on site. We had breakfast both mornings , there is a choice , and food was such good quality ingredients . I especially liked the little touches of fresh milk for the room and mineral water in little bottles . Location is good 10 mins from town and beach

Just had a lovely weekend here. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated. Nice spacious bathroom and a lovely comfortable bed. Loved the fridge at reception with water bottles and fresh milk definitely a bonus. Breakfast is an optional extra and worth every penny. Thank you so much and hope to see you again soon

Wonderful place and hospitality. Rooms very clean and well decorated. Breakfast are fantastic with wide choice. Private car parking outside. Hotel easy walking distance to South Bay beach area and just short stroll to the town centre. Website easy to use, alway book direct to help support small businesses.

Great Weekend

Arrived at a cold Scarborough but was welcomed by a warm and friendly Margaret and Steven. Ashburton house is absolutely fantastic, there is nothing the owners haven't left out , Wifi TV tea coffee ,hot chocolate milk , biscuits. The rooms are immaculately decorated with walk in shower ,plenty of coat hangers and storage space and everything is spotlessly clean , off street parking .we stayed for three nights and had breakfast every morning ,absolutely fabulous. Was only ten minutes walk into town.We had a great time and would recommend this B&B to anyone wishing to have a special break.We have already booked to return, what a great place to stay . J and J
