Booked a spa day for my sister's birthday! Disaster from word go.Disabled access terrible came up in little lift from street and couldn't get out of it ! Took 3 staff to work out how to open the gate while my sister was freezing.Then nobody told us where we needed to be for the spa had to ask! Got put in another lift -went down to meet my sister's in spa area and they couldn't get out of the lift because guess what it was locked!!! With a pad lock and the young lad down there didn't know the code!! By this time I was far from relaxed! No towels offered or robes a bucket in changing room catching leaks really not good at all!! Food was OK but nothing sparkling! Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Good located historical Hotel

The position of the hotel is very good it’s very good located it’s closer to seaside. Also next to the hotel is the biggest and famous grand hotel but when you go inside the rooms are not so big but very nice bathroom there was enough place there was bath on the bathroom. Breakfast was not so brilliant in general. I think it’s a nice place.

The hotel has the bones of a great hotel. They need to spend money on it. The staff friendly. Nothing a problem for them. Was clean enough although we did not have room serviced during our stay. Think because bus tour. Would we stay there again ...Think we would thank to the staff and the position overlooking the bay also dog friendly.

Stunning Atrium is a good introduction to hotel. I had an executive room which was huge. Had a coffee maker with pods but there was no drinking water supplied. Great view over the sea to the castle. Staff were very friendly and the cooked breakfast was very good although there was no fresh fruit available. Overall was a much better experience than other reviews suggest. I found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable.

Everything was in good order we enjoyed our break both our rooms were clean and Newly painted all the public areas looked tidy, Swimming pool & sauna were open & available our rate included breakfast again no issues,
