A localização é boa, o Hotel está próximo a um ótimo centro comercial que dá pra ir a pé, tem lojas, cinema e bons restaurantes. O serviço de transporte do hotel é bom, leva a uma distância de até 5 milhas, porém nos deixou a pé durante 4 dias e quando perguntávamos, cada dia era uma desculpa: um dia não tinha motorista, no outro o carro estava com problemas. Tivemos que gastar com Uber para nos virar nesses dias, pois não alugamos carro desta vez. Pedimos para nos levar até o aeroporto para compensar a falta do serviço nesses dias, mas o pedido foi negado pela Gerência do Hotel, alegando a distância ser maior que 5 milhas. A limpeza não é diária, mas não tivemos problemas pois fomos avisados sobre os dias da limpeza. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável. O sinal do Wi-Fi não é muito bom, mas quebra um galho.

Este hotel difere do que estou habituado. A suite tinha uma varanda com acesso ao exterior. Bem decorado, limpo e com boa manutenção. O ponto alto foi a piscina, com 25 metros, aproximadamente, que permite exercitar minha natação.
Would NOT stay here again.

Outdated, the room had a very old and musty odor, floors were not vacuumed,shower had a few hairs in it and our toilet was plugged up. The outside of the hotel our neighbors had bags of trash laying all over by their front door. Was not worth the $111 we spent. So, we will not be staying here again. I do not recommend this hotel.

Having traveled over 1,000 mi across country we were looking for peace of mind and stumbled on the 47 in Scottsdale.
Booked our stay, using reward nights from a 3rd party and pulled in around 8:00pm Thursday 06/03/2021 to see several police units leaving the property.
Mike greeted us at check in whom was very professional and polite. He helped another long term staying guest whom just gave her remainder of payment for the days reservation costs at 8pm
Our assigned room was not however as described by the booking. Mike was excellent in reasssigning a new room to meet our accommodation requests. There was in fact a $20 fee for the upgraded room which I happily paid cash for.
Upon moving our belongings to the other location my disabled aunt had shown up as well. My wife screems from the bathroom and found a Brown Recluse Spider crawling up her leg.. We caught the spider and turned
It over to Mike at the front desk.
An hour later there was a roach 4" long inside our room #184
Again we located Mike but he was now relieved by Macy at the front desk.. She was happy to move us again to another room..
We we're given keys to 187 and upon viewing that room we observed non working bathroom lighting and spider web with a 🕷 in the bathroom?
My disabled aunt had to leave the property in the middle of the night after this disruption to get sleep elsewhere.
Macy took extra time to make sure we got a room that had no problems and checked them herself.
Finally at 3am after 6 hrs of moving rooms we got well needed rest.
The phone in the room rings... Someone knocks on the door, my cell phone rings etc. Its the front desk asking if we were paying to stay or ?
I had already made reservations and relayed to both Mike and Macy our requests.
I spoke to this irritated person Trish the mngr about my reservations and felt appalled after hearing that our 3rd party reservations were unept and pretty much not welcome to this property. I had drove to the store after trying to use the atm in the lobby that was offline to get the additional $20 needed to stay overnight. My wife gets another knock on the door stating they were " calling the cops" if we didn't pay!
It was 15 minutes later and we both spoke to her in the lobby.
My aunt is now almost seizing in fear, my wife is scrambling to get ahold of me and phones me and relays the message so I drove very fast back to the property. I ran in the door to see Trish assisting a tenant whom was just paying for the day at 1pm.
25 minutes later after her flirty conversation with the guest we were not greeted by Trish or anyone in the lobby at all, not even a simple "we'll be right with you"
Trish stands up and says insert your card snarling. My wife asks if there is a problem and she bellows out that she has to" chase you guys down" for payment etc
Immediate I interrupted saying we are not you guys so whats the problem. She said we needed to pay incidentals again. I argued the point and showed her my previous charges on my account for the same, she looks at it and says "well if you can see, its pending by your bank so you'll get the charges released when they do so"
Ok now I'm very upset
I have not ever met this lady in my life and have no idea why I am being treated in disgust by this woman who is a manager of a guest relations facility??
I say "I feel like you have an attitude I don't know who who are but you do not get to talk to me that way"
She immediately says she's not renewing and police are dispatched ...We have 15 minutes to vacate...
Now I can't get my belongings without police there, my aunt and myself have medication in our room.. I am in fear and complete disgust
Other tenants seem to pay as they please in an untimely manner and I am being treated as an unwanted guest????
I have never delt with such an unprofessional person in guest relations in my entire traveling career as well as my entire life.
Please contact me asap
Fairly good hotel near the 101 north, with positives and negatves

Good location for our purposes. Big parking lot, large lobby. The female staff was very unfriendly, but efficient. Room rather large, nice bathroom, furniture all very good, wonderful beds. Obviously renovated. Quiet at night. Good desk, good lights, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Wifi worked ok, but better near the door. TV worked only after we got help, twice. Grounds very nice, inner courtyard with lawn, large established trees. Big pool and jacuzzis. Breakfast was miserable, a bag with a little juice, an unsavory pastry, and an apple. Due do Covid-19, I guess. Normally, a hot breakfast, I think.
