Hotel dentro dos padrões da rede: colchão excelente, ótimo chuveiro. A internet é inconstante, precisa ser reconectada toda hora. A veneziana corrediça veda completamente a claridade e fica perfeito para dormir. O quarto tem só uma tomada, o que é bastante complicado para recarregar todos os eletrônicos.

O hotel tem um sério defeito. A cortina do quarto é muito fina e transparente, dois problemas: A luz do sol não deixa ninguém dormir e falta de privacidade, pois logo ao lado da janela do quarto fica o corredor de passagem para os demais quartos. Gostei do restaurante.

As always the reception and meals were excellent Our problems were around the room and facilities. The shower started then stopped and did not work again. The WiFi stopped and started then stopped. The decor of the room was tired as was all of the wood fitting outside the room. Generally just tired and very poor hotel.

We arrived on a saterday evening, 10 bikers, very friendly young girl welcomed us. Quick check-in: good rooms: when you pay a “low” price expect a basic room! A bed, shower and toilet period Closed gate at 11pm secured parking: our motorcycles were save. Basic breakfast due to corona no buffet okay no problem, we had our coffee and a croissant ;-) Sunday evening another receptionist: even more friendly then the other one. She served us like we were queens. We will come back!

I stayed for tgwo night, the air conditioning was not functioning. After the first night I spoke to the people at reception about the matter.She was to advise her collegue that afternoon, I mentioned it again to make sure it was forgotten. I returned Sunday latre evening and the situation was not rectified. The person at reception came to check my room and insisted the air conditioning was functioning. I stated that this was not posible. I had it at maximum 10 degrees the roon was clearly hotter than the outside temperature of 25 degrees. I spent a second very unplesant night of sweating and was very tired Monday morning. I now have a 3/4 hour drive to Dusseldorf without the appropreate rest. I stay at your hotel 5/6 times a year and generally like it. Clean the staff is very friendly, however this time was very disappointing. I will consider other options next time I am in the region.
