I stayed in the hotel for four days .. The Room provided was located in the basement ( with zero view and luck of windows!!! this really not professional action by the hotel .. I have asked to change my room even if there is a difference in the price I will pay it, However the receptionist girl was so rude and the answer was “ No we can not help you “ This my worst hotel stay and experience in my life.. The price was not even worth the hotel condition and type of the rooms/ flat. I don’t recommend this place at all .

Excellent and pure relaxation!

We stayed with owner friends in their 2 bedroom apartment last week. Not only was the location fantastic but the hotel’s decor was clean, simple and very high end, offering as many mod cons as you could wish for. After long days of walking, we enjoyed relaxing in the spa’s swimming pool and sauna - what effortless luxury.

Hidden gem, absolutely fantastic

Well, we where so surprised, from outside it is classic winter lodge, but inside this is absolutely modern and unique design hotel. Not to mention the view from family suite 309 is just unbelievable!!! Fantastic stuff, very pleasant atmosphere. Perfect pool, nice surrounding. Highly recommend

Incredibly Frustrating Experience

I typically only write positive reviews, but I have had such a terrible experience with this hotel that I believe it is worth sharing. We booked our room through Chase Travel, using points. Check in went fine and the accommodations were lovely. However, when we went to check out, the hotel tried to charge us for the room. I called Chase Travel and the representative worked out everything with the front desk (or so I thought). Fast forward two weeks and the hotel charged my credit card for the room without my consent or any notification whatsoever. When Chase contacted them, they said that they needed to look into it, because I might have been charged for checking in early (we neither checked in early nor checked out late, nor accrued any other charges that could account for a $250 bill). They have not provided a response and hung up on Chase and me 3 times today when we tried to follow up. I really cannot believe this treatment from a hotel, particularly one that has such positive reviews. Truly frustrating and disappointing.

The perfect destination

This was the perfect destination for our families to come together and celebrate Christmas. The views are breathtaking, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the accommodation is cosy, comfortable and generously sized. We were a party of 14 and it has been the highlight of our European trip. It is very close to the train station, the township area and there is a bus stop right at the front for the ski fields which are just around the corner. I would highly recommend this property.
