Warm Heart in Decent Provincial Hotel

This would rate a two star in most places, but considering the location I’m giving it a three star. I was a bit worried when I saw the pile I was being driven to with bits of construction sticking out onto the roof. My guide assured me it was the best available and would be fine, and so it was. They are still building the top floor but fortunately there was no construction noise as this activity seems paused. While the staff had limited English the welcome was warm, we understood each other and everyone was helpful. My room was spacious, clean and had hot water. True, one of the towels was stained but that didn’t make it dirty. They even had toilet paper without being asked. Al Hamdillilah! WIFI didn’t work in the room but was okay in the reception area. There is an adjoining restaurant under the same ownership it seems. Extremely friendly staff and food is good. In fact, the manager insisted on paying for my food. So kk d. Breakfast was brought to the room —early!

We stopped at Hotel Divine at Sehwan on our way to Mohenjo daro, we used the restaurant only, food was little over priced but it taste good, restaurant was clean the location of the restaurant is good on main highway

Awful dirty hotel

This hotel was very dirty, extremely noisy, with an uncomfortable mattress and very poor service: I ordered breakfast in my room which wasn't ever served. People kept knocking at my door including staff asking for money or drunk loud neighbours. No-one in this property speaks English and there is no COVID-19 sanitary protocol: neither staff nor guests wear face masks and sanitizer is not available. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.

We had the pleasure to spend two comfortable nights at Sehwan Divine, located in a quiet destinaton outside of busy downtown. They provide huge clean rooms with a balcony and hot water shower. The staff can also help you with good taxidrivers. Breakfast we were happy with chapati, omelet, toast, jam and coffee. The restaurant we can also recommend, the waiters are very friendly. And thank you so much for the little electric heater, to fight the cold at night. Shukria!

Hotel is good. Food is also good. Clean and quite. Breakfast included but not good and not enough too.

First Time I stayed in this hotel in 2015. That time the fare was Rs. 3000 or more per night. Recently I visited in November 2019. It cost me more than 5000 per night (don't remember exactly). Breakfast every time wasn't good and enough. Even this time I requested for better and reasonable quantity. Customer service officer on duty did agree. Next morning it was as usual. When I complained, I was told to pay if I need more. I don't mind if you don't provide complimentary breakfast. If a customer can pay Rs.5000 for a night he himself can afford breakfast. Secondly, Airconditining wasn't working. At about midnight, there was a noise started coming out of refrigerator. I had to switch off. Initially there were no towels provided. When I requested for towels, one towel was provided for two. Although, it was washed but it looked as it was just rinsed through the water only. Anyway, if I will be visiting Sehwan again I will have to have stay in the same hotel. Because I have no option. The management of the hotel know that.
