Brilliant hotel, the staff are so attentive, couldn’t ask for anything better! We had everything we needed, we never needed to leave the hotel. Will definitely come back for our next holiday! See ya next time

Definetly recommend the land of the legends, out of this world, my little boy absolutely loved it was so magical, the food was gorgeous probably the best hotel we have ever been too! Would return. ❤️❤️

Note- I am pregnant. we are returned customers. We were in this hotel on April and our experience was amazing but now I am so disappointed and ashamed of the way this hotel treated us so take it in consideration before you book. I decided to close another vacation at the land of legends hotel on September as a birthday present for my 5 years old daughter and husband since they’re both celebrated their birthdays on September. It was clear as crystal that we will stay in this hotel since for us it was branded as the best hotel and boy we were so wrong. 1. Seems that since we are from Israel we haven’t got the option to make an all-exclusive reservation. All other guests were All exclusive BUT Israeli guest had only the half board option with no way to pay more to upgrade to all exclusive. Everything!! in this Hotel costs 3-4 times more expensive then out side the hotel!!!! For example- frappuccino in Starbucks, 2 min walk from the hotel, costs 66 Turkish lira but in the hotel it will cost 150 Turkish lira 😱 Glass Bottle of Coca Cola costs 85 Turkish lira but in the market or in any restaurant it will cost around 40-55 Turkish lira. 2. The cleaning lady cleaned the room just fine but every day we needed to call room service to bring us shower gel and toilet paper since it ran out and she didn’t put new ones in the room! Same for water 🥲 I mean this is basic why not just put new ones?? And make your customers feel like a burden?? 3. This hotel is branded as a kids hotel but there is actually no kids activity during the day! since I’m pregnant I didn’t feel so good in some of the days and had to stay in the hotel. We got the program of kids activities and I was shocked! On paper it sounds great but in reality there is only 2 personal in the kids zone that seems so tired and without mood to do anything and my daughter really tried to enjoy the few activities they had but was so disappointed and board that I had to take her outside even when I was feeling bad just so she wouldn’t be upset and sad. For example we waited for the ceramic activity but my daughter got a piece so small (of course not just her.. all the kids that was a part of this activity) that they actually had nothing to do with it….. it finished before it was started.. max 10-15 min if you really tried to imagine something 🤷🏼‍♀️ 4. Today is our last day we went to reception to check if we have the option to extend the time of check out just like we did last time since our flight is at midnight. On April we paid 50 dollars to extend it till 18:00 but now when we asked to exit we were asked to pay 90 euros!!! Why?? What had changed? As I said I’m pregnant even if I was healthy staying in the hotel from 12:00 until 22:00- the time our airport pickup arrives is super hard! And asking that amount is absolutely crazy! And absolutely taking advantage of customers. 5. In order to actually enjoy the experience we had to take the hotel transportation to rixos premium hotel Antalya. What can I say this is how a hotel should behave and run. Absolutely amazing!!! The service is great everyone is nice any thing you ask them you are answered with a smile and a positive attitude! They really tried and succeeded to provide all your needs! And the Rixos kids club had the best activities and best personal! They all communicated positively with my daughter they listened to her and were generous and always tried to make sure she is a part of the activities and that she is having fun. They had 5-6 personal at the club itself and in the pool area next to it another 2-3 more. This is example of how a kids club should behave and run - I wish land of legends will learn something from them. The were only 2 positive things I can write from my point of view as staying in this hotel- 1. At breakfast since I’m vomiting a lot due to the pregnancy there was a woman that prepared the “flat bread” she made me feel like I’m important to her like she gets me she was the only one who cared for me and every day she prepared a flat bread with cheese and tomato’s for me. Always with a smile and with blessings that I will be safe and healthy. I have no words to describe how I was grateful for her!! And I hope the hotel knows he has an amazing woman and I wish her the best in the world prosperity and health and god bless her! 2. I want to mention Mohat from guest relations that was so patient kind and he took the time in explaining everything to us with a positive attitude and a smile. He made us feel confident and made sure all is understandable for us. A true example of how to behave and how to provide customer service! We were so excited to come back to the land of legends hotel, so hoping we can once again enjoy all of its so called amazing services but I can now say that this will be our last time at this hotel! We are leaving it sad and disappointed and with bitter taste.
