Nice, clean, modern. Check in was a breeze with the kind, wonderful and delightful Amber. She made it easy, explained everything clear. Hotel lobby is bright and cheery. Room, clean, nice, (smells good too!). Definitely on my list of to stay places when in Seymour, Indiana again!

We were in town for a funeral and they took care of our group. The staff is very friendly and worked with us. The hotel is very clean and updated. Highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was great. Loved the Keurig in the room

As a IHG platinum member- this was a great hotel for a quick sleep over- can't tell you much more than that- I felt safe with the clean of the room in this day and age. The beds were confortable, the breakfast was great also
Clean and Comfortable

Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It has recently been remodeled. Breakfast is served from 6:00 - 10:00. If there are enough guests staying at the hotel, they serve a hot breakfast (you order, and they serve rather than you serving yourself). If there are not enough guests staying for a hot breakfast they have bagged breakfasts: sausage and egg sandwiches, oatmeal, muffins, fruit, etc. The location is close to the freeway, other hotels and Cracker Barrel.
IGNORED OPPORTUNITY FOR 50+ ROOM NIGHTS DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT

Reached out to Holiday Inn on Tuesday, 1/26/21 to establish a locally negotiated rate for our company ]\. Was told only Annette Wayant is the only one that can assist, she was working between Holiday Inn Express & Hampton Inn. Female that answered the phone provided Annettes email address. After emailing Annette, I received a read receipt that she opened the 1/26 email. Also left a message with person answering the phone asking to have Annette return my call. No response. Wed 1/27 - called HIX again. Was told Annette would be in after 3pm. Asked if I could leave a voice mail. Was told they do not have voice mail. Left a message with phone attendant. (It's Monday 2/1, I have yet to hear from Annette) Friday, 1/29/21 another email was sent at 8:38am with a read receipt received indicating email was received and opened. Having not received a response back by noon and needing to find a venue for our travelers, I called the hotel again. Was told Annette was not in. It is now Monday 2/1/21 and I have yet to receive any response from Annette. I am attempting to arrange lodging for more than 50 room nights. Due to incredibly poor professionalism and lack of follow-through, Annette has cost Holiday Inn Express a substantial amount of revenue. Fairfield Inn & Suites is more than happy to accommodate our travelers. Having been in hotel management myself, recognizing our current economic environment where heads in beds is THE most important element of a sales persons job, Annette has done Holiday Inn Express an incredible disservice. There are thousands of laid off hotel employees out there needing jobs. I suggest Sprague Hotels replace this employee and hire someone that is customer service oriented and concerned about the hotels livelihood. Annette has clearly demonstrated she is not interested. Oh - and invest in voice mail. This IS the 21st century.
