it is a waste of money

I took this hotel as i have a wedding to attend in a nearby temple tomorrow morning, Room is good, comfortable with nice ambiance and amenities. They also gave me extra coffee, Tq Bit disappointed with the following issues: 1. Water from bathroom flow out to room area, (the management got it cleaned immediately as i high lighted to them) thanks!! 2. Car parking is nuisance, i paid RM200for this room and i still have pay RM8 for the car park which i have to park in the basement then take the elevator ground floor and walk across to the main lobby with all my luggage and hand carry items (I stayed in many hotels around the world but i didnt experience anything like this) 3. Brakefast not included, they gave a QR code to scan and order breakfast to be sent to the room, but it doesnt work at all, so when we call the extension, they said sorry we cant send breakfast to the room. 4. If i am staying here for 4 days in a row, my lower arm, suspensions, bolt and nuts will give away due to the road towards this hotel. SK

My 2nd time Staying in Geno Hotel last week, i just love the environment here. The hotel very cozy and peace. At this time, staff allocated me in highest floor so that i have a good view from my room. Room was ok only, maybe the hotel need to fix the plug as some is loose. My room come with dining. Having breakfast and dinner in this hotel. A lot of improvement compare to last time. Buffet line more neat and clean. Breakfast with rendang ayam that's the best! How i miss my mum cook in hometown. Variety delicious food to eat there. Will stay again definitely

The room was very comfortable suit if you have a bussiness trip. Staff khairul form banquet department very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much. Surely i will come again next time to this hotel...

The staffs were Very helpfull, welcoming us , and how he engage with us undeniable very warming. En. Khairul from banquet, very friendly, well manners, well spoken . The arrangement was good , The food was delicious. Very recommended to all of you having a business talk / trip at this hotel . Very recommended ✅

I stay for 2Days 1Night here for work purposes. A big thanks for one staff here, En Khairul from Banquet. He is very helpful and really kind for us. Thank you for ur concern on client needs, hopefully the management will notice his good response on handling client. 🥰
