Choosing a b and b in Shanklin is a bit hit and miss. We opted for this one as it has parking which is a plus so near to town centre. It was very central, between lift and town centre and 10 mins from village where there were excellent restaurants, particularly Pendleton's. Communal areas were full of interesting detail- all a bit quirky. We had a family room which gave us extra space. Staff very friendly and breakfast good with usual b and b choice. Only downsides were shower very poor pressure and WiFi didn't work. Also noisy couple smoking cigars below our window till gone midnight meant had to shut windows on very hot night. Not hotels fault but unfortunate.

loved staying at palmerston Grange great host nothing any troubl for them great rooms quiet and very clean lots of great walks and easy to get to beach very easy for disabled people to get around and a lovely garden to sit in and parking on site

The place is located close to the coast and near the city area. The house is nicely decorated in an old style making it even more cosy. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Good service and full breakfast. Everything we needed at a fair price. Worth a visit

Excellent value. Just what you want from a bed and breakfast

Stayed here one night with my partner late November. Very good service room was comfortable and warm as it was cold outside. Lovely big comfortable bed. Full English breakfast included was lovely. They have a bar and restaurant on site too. Very good value for money, lovely hosts, warm and comfortable room in a good location in shanklin. Would highly recommend and will certainly be using again on our next visit to the island.

It was an ad hoc booking and chosen randomly. We loved it there from the start, friendly staff very accommodating. The hotel was very clean and kept well. Great bar and beautiful breakfast. Very enjoyable indeed! Highly recommend. Nothing was much trouble.
