Excelente custo benefício
Este hotel da rede Marriot situa-se a poucos metros do Walmart e da higway 90. Os móveis e instalações são novíssimos. O café da manhã e a internet são excelentes e gratuitos. Tem estacionamento próprio ao redor do hotel. O atendimento na portaria é atencioso. O quarto conta com microondas,cafeteira elétrica e frigobar.
Very good experience
This hotel is very convenient to the highway--easy to find and in a good location for travelers. The staff was very friendly. The hotel seems very new--clean and well-appointed. The room had plenty of outlets (including some usb), a smart TV, comfortable bed, and a very nice shower. The grab and go breakfast had a lot of options. I would definitely stay here again!
Good night's sleep
Great hotel and it's convenient to many local restaurants. We are still in the C19 pandemic and they require guests to use masks while in public areas. Our room was very comfortable and quiet with no road or highway noise. We used the lobby's dining area to eat our take out dinner due to some local restaurant restrictions.
Excellent place to stay in Sheridan.
It is right off the interstate with plenty of parking. It looks brand new, both inside and out. The front lobby is very well done. They are COVID compliant with shields, facemasks and distancing. The check in was fast and the staff was very friendly. The room was beautiful and appeared well appointed. I highly recommend this for anyone staying in the area as I think it is an excellent place to stay in Sheridan.
Poor management practices.
My wife and I stopped at this roadside inn and asked for a quiet room away from noise; our profile for Marriott puts us away from the elevator. No sooner had we checked in and hotel management put a young family with a toddler in the room next to us. There was zero peace and quiet. Contacting the front desk got lots of apologies but no action to move the family elsewhere in the hotel. I inquired again when we went to dinner; again when returning from dinner. At 6:00 am the following day the youngster was running and jumping around in his room. So much for sleeping late. Moreover, the front desk clerk I contacted at 6:30 am said it was not her problem that someone else put the toddler and his family immediately next to us - it was too bad, so sad; then she hung up on me as she was apparently done with me. When I checked out I asked to speak to the hotel’s GM. I was told he would call me after 3:00 pm. This call never came. I have reported this incident to Marriott corporate headquarters. The hotel proper is an average roadside inn. It apparently has very thin walls. If you are not a deep sleeper well, good luck. I would not return simply because management is not the least bit interested in resolving legitimate complaints such an expectation for peace and quiet.
