We were in town visiting an elderly family member and wanted to stay in a suite. We did not review or anything of this place, but the pictures looked nice. Overall, the hotel was nice, and I would recommend it. I will leave you with a few things that I have found at a lot of Hilton hotels. But for this one specifically. We got there and checked in, went to our room and it was very nice. we had a 3 bed 2 bath. Very nice pretty modern room. Very roomy. We had 2 children under 6 so they loved to run and play in the room. We actually had a 2-room suite. Only issues were and this I have had an issue at other Hiltons. The floor above, I heard everything they did. I finally called the front desk at 10 and complained and they must have called them because it got quiet up there. We had breakfast the next morning and it was good other than they burned the eggs and refused to throw them out and make more. People would keep trying to pick through them, but no one would ever empty the tray. Second morning it was amazing so must have had an off day. Saff was very nice and helpful. We wanted to use the pool, but they said they were treating it with Chemicals, and we could not. We ran into another issue. My daughter took a shower keep in mind she is 6 using the fancy pump shampoo provided that is attached to the wall in the shower and within 2 hours she had an allergic reaction to the soap, and we had to get her on Benadryl and Cortisone cream. I was itching some myself from using it. The name of the soap provided in all the rooms was named ZERO, not sure who makes it but it must be real cheap. Other than that overall the stay was nice.

Pro tip-- if you advertise an incentive for checking in on yelp and then don't provide said incentive, say you've never heard of it,say you'll check with your manager, then argue with your guest then it doesn't matter how nice your rooms are, your breakfast, or your staff -- if your front desk service customer service is poor then really the rest doesn't matter. Prentice seemed nice at first but in the end didn't want to help. Yes this is over 5 dollars but to me it's the principle- easily could have been remedied with a here's what I can do... a free drink, candy bar, etc.. but that would be too much effort evidently. Honestly, I think he thought I was trying to scam him? Weird experience- I'm sure they treat their diamonds better... right? Maybe, maybe not.

Great stay while our 12th wedding anniversary. Didnt hear any noise and the bed was very comfortable. Food was great too. Close the casinos and restaurants. Will book here again at our next stay whether here or Texas or wherever.

The hotel was very nice and clean. . Belinda was very kind and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was good. Our suite was very large and set up with a mini kitchen. It was also in a very good location. Easy to get to.

Check-in was seamless and Clarissa was very nice. Smiled, thanked me for being an Honors member and gave us our bottled water. She made sure we had a first-floor room as requested. I asked for a restaurant recommendation, and she suggested Orlandeaux's if we liked Cajun. Our room was very nice, clean and exactly what we requested. Breakfast was very nice and everything was well sticked and fresh. Very nice hotel. We woill stay here again if we are ever in the area.
