We are very happy regarding the hotel everything seems good we been here the second days we’re gonna be here for another two more days

Recently I’ve spent my memorable vacation in a family hotel Barut B Suites. My review I dedicate to the hotel staff and provided service.
Firstly, I express my deep gratitude to Yilmaz Yenilmez. He’s a real professional at his work: you can ask him everything and he’ll definitely help you in a short time. Yilmaz is really attentive, calm, kind and smiling man. Under his proper control the restaurant’s life works normally. This hotel is extremely lucky to have such a reliable worker as Yilmaz. He always told me: «Don’t worry, be happy», and I did!
Secondly, thanks to the reception workers. Thanks Daria for the professionalism, friendliness, empathy to the guests and an ability to deal all their wishes. Special attention deserves Mehmed. I’ve never met such a kind and cute young man. He’s became a real friend for me. P.S. thank you for the ballons, you made my child’s birthday.
By the way, many regrets to the spa workers. Appreciate for a quality peeling, massage and reverent attitude while the process. Special thanks to the massagist Tolga, a great worker, nice companion and just a handsome man.
Lots of kisses to the loveliest barmen! All of them are professionals in creating different cocktails. Even if you don’t know, what to drink, they will know it for you. Unbelievable creativity and energy from everyone and especially from the barman Balil in the «Beach club».
Couldn’t mention delicious food and restaurant service. The special feature of every breakfast, lunch and dinner: two chefs themselves walk around the restaurant hall, meet the guests and even serve the food. The territory is clean. Waitresses and waiters perfectly do their job. They will always offer you a drink and a help. Truly attentive and attractive young people.
To underline, I would say, that it was a perfect and memorable week in my life. I cried leaving this hotel and saying goodbye to everyone. These holidays will always rest in my heart. Every time I think about these people I send them rays of happiness, light and kindness. Thank you for your care!

Very nice vacation in perfect hotel! My family like food, clean pool and my big friend Ali, working animation! All time in beach and pool we have fun with Ali! Waterpolo is very good after breakfast!!!

In the very first place, I want to highlight a great guy who works on reception, his name is Mustafa Çetintürk.
Our tour operator forgot to send a bus for us and we could miss our flight, but this guy handled this situation very quickly and effectively. Thanks to him we and 5 families from other hotels along with us were at time in the airport. So if you have an entire benefits system please encourage Mustafa for his great work!!!
- 2 room apartments
- 2 separated air conditioners wisely placed in the room so it doesn't blow cold air in your face
- wifi was pretty strong with good speed
- icecream and beverages
- safe in the room
- clean hotel and rooms
- covid preventives:
---- temperature is not checked
---- children shows are organized in closed premises
---- nobody cares about social distance
---- terrible situation in the restaurant
- amount of personnel in the restaurant is not enough that causes 2 consequences:
---- some of them are remiss
---- people cant wait so long and start self-serving and it's inappropriate in order of covid
- i met the situation when the number of sunbeds on the beach was not enough and arrived people just walked through the beach and tried to find spare sunbed
- some of the personnel doesn't know English
- animation team - don't know if they even exist..they are invisible if they are
p.s. for hotel:
i wish to see you better next year, please pay attention to the amount of personnel
please be sure that personnel understands English, not russian
it offends me when they try to treat me as russian if i am from Ukraine, in this case i want to use international language instead of russian. btw thanks to Mustafa for his great English and nice small talks. please stay Europe oriented it will help you to keep high service standards. Thank you! I really wish to give you a better rate
SO SLIPPERY FLOORS THAT I ENDED UP AT THE HOSPITAL AND ALMOST BROKE MY NECK

Food was good but there were so so many grabby Russians.
No peace at all in the evening when the kids went to sleep. So around 11:00 PM the playground was full of Russian kids who were screaming around.
All the other things were ok, but I had a terrible accident in the bathroom. The floor was so slippery that i fell and broke the toilet with my head. I was lucky not to end up dead or seriously injured. I still had to spend night at the hospital and I am wearing a neck plaster cast until now. I was lucky enough to end up with the head and neck trauma. Unfortunately I did not have the health insurance and the management's only view was that it's an old hotel and the floors are totally normal so they cannot come up with any compensation to help to pay the 2000 euro hospital bill. So it completely ruined my vacation but I am happy to be alive and that it didn't happen with my children. I will never again visit that hotel.
