Simple hotel right in the heart of Sindelfingen, some teething troubles but worth a look

This hotel is very new. It has only been open 6months. It is in an excellent location, right on the edge of wettbachplatz which is the old town square where all the restaurants and bars are found. Having said that, the rooms are still quiet despite being close to all the activity. The hotel faces out towards back of square which shields them from the noise. It's only 10 min walk to the bus station and train stop and very close to the local shopping centre. Rooms are basic but ok. Furniture is cheap but for now it still looks new and not worn. Shower is modern and works well. Heating is via floor heating which you either like or dislike I guess. I found it quite a slow way to heat up the room and also found that the temperature was hard to regulate and went from extreme to another. I did stay during a very cold spell so that should be noted. Bed was comfortable enough, and my room also had a balcony which was a nice surprise. There is no landline in the room. These days that is not a big deal but as the hotel is separated from reception it does mean it's not as easy as in some hotels to get some attention. Internet connection is free and very fast. One of the best hotel connections I have ever experienced. The entrance to the hotel is down an alleyway at the side of the bisonte steak restaurant - which is also where you check in. This is also where you have breakfast if you ordered it. Generally I had a good experience there. It's clear that the owners are still learning their business however which meant that they overlooked somethings such as giving me two floor mats instead of bath towels or removing one of the two duvets when the room was cleaned just because I was traveling alone -, or not writing the floor number on the key. Having stayed in 4 different hotels in 4 weeks these silly things begin to annoy you as you just want a smooth stay. . The guys were trying very hard though and I would hope that some of these niggling problems will be solved with experience. So, for its price it was good enough, fantastic internet connection and location is definitely top.

Habe Telefonisch Zimmer reserviert, vor ort wusste mann von nichts, Frechheit kann nicht mal Deutsch der gute mann, Parkplätze keine, schwer zu Entfehlen. Kein Frühstück einfach nicht besuchen, besser Jugendherberge..

Der Zugang zum Hotel ist sehr dunkel, im Büro/ Reception angekommen fühlt man sich wie bei einem Hinterhof Autoverkäufer, mit starkem Zigaretten geruch. Der Aufzug ist defekt und die Beleuchtung im Treppenhaus ist sehr dunkel. Das Zimmer selbst warbei Ankunft sauber und ist geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet. Innerhalb der Woche wurde aber lediglich 1x die Handtücher gewechselt., es wurde nicht sauber gemacht kein Toilettenpapier nachgefüllt, der Kosmetik Tücher Spender wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt. In den Zimmern wird es selbst im April schon sehr warm, Fenster öffnen ist aber fast nicht möglich da von draußen Rauch aus der darunter liegenden Shisha Bar ins Zimmer dringt zudem ist es sehr laut. Parkplätze und Frühstück gibt es ebenfalls nicht. Alles in allem viel zu teuer. Leider ein weiteres Hotel was in Sindelfingen nicht zu empfehlen ist. Mein Tip an den Betreiber.: Treppenhaus und Zugang viel besser ausleuchten, eine Reception ist kein privat Büro in dem geraucht werden kann. BIETEN Sie Frühstück mit an, der Aufzug sollte funktionieren, und tägliches reinigen mit Austausch der auf dem Boden liegenden Handtücher sowie auffüllen von Toilettenpapier u. Ähnlich ist für ein Hotel absolutes Muss.

Das Hotel ist eine einzige Baustelle. Das Zimmer hatte kein TV, kein WLAN. Der Boden war so schmutzig, dass ich lieber nicht barfuß gelaufen bin. Knopf der Fußbodenheizung fehlte, so dass diese auf voller Leistung lief. Der Rauchmelder genauso wie der Lampenschirm und die Lüftungsabdeckung fehlten. Das Hotel ist fast nicht zu finden, da es nur eine Stahltür gibt. Kein Rezeption und nur Barzahlung (im Vorraus!) ist möglich. Wer hier landet hat echt verloren (manche Brücke bietet mehr komfort).

... wenn in Sindelfingen mal wieder jede Besenkammer zu horrenden Preisen vermietet wird. Da hilft nur eins: In einer der umliegenden Bars einen ordentlichen Rausch antrinken und auf komatösen Schlaf hoffen. Oder Wegmeditieren. Im Wissen: Auch das geht vorbei und in der naheliegenden Bäckerei "Nagel" geht bei liebevoll servierter Butterbrezel & Kaffee die Sonne wider Erwarten dann doch wieder auf ...
