Overall very good with friendly and helpful staff. It wasn’t clear on Tripadvisor that this is a temperance (no alcohol) hotel which was a bit disappointing, but otherwise a good location with comfortable rooms. Whale watching with boatsafari.gl is highly recommended.

My flight got cancelled and Air Greenland got me a room here, with vouchers for meals. The rooms were nice enough, and the staffs were friendly and attentive. Cafe is one of the only dine out options in Sisimiut, and it was great. Locals were coming here to have lunch and dinner too. Wi-fi worked strong as well. Definitely would love to stay here when I come back in winter time..!

We had planned on staying here after completing the Arctic Circle Trail. We however turned around and never made it to Sisimiut. Prior to leaving Kangerlussuaq we had a bag shipped there so we would have clean clothes and other necessities. Even though we cancelled our reservation the hotel staff went way above and beyond anything I would expect in getting our bag returned to Kangerlussauq. They were amazing. If they will work so hard for someone who isn't paying to stay there, imagine how a real guest would be treated. My sincerest thanks to everyone at the hotel!

Good option for staying in Sisimiut

During our stay in Sisimiut we supposed to be in hostel but there were some problems and therefore at the end we booked 2 doubles rooms in that hotel. Ot was pretty clean (although there some were mosquitoes flying around the window and on the bed). It is a little pricey but it provides free breakfast and transportation to and from the airport / harbor.

It maybe not be the food, which is sort of ok, but for the price it's good value in Greenland. It's just a nice clean place with really friendly staff. The evenings we visited with 6 kids and four adults it was always full. For us with kids, it can be expensive to go out for food in greenland, so it was a nice change. Large portions!
