Decent enough hotel in Sofia cenre.

Just a short one night stay for brief stop over in Sofia. Arriving at the hotel, the check in was very quick. Not much seemed to be happening in reception but the guy on the desk was polite and spoke good English. First issue was the small elevator - not so easy to get a big bag and rucksack in, but once in it was straight to the room. Perhaps a bit basic and dated and not much of a view, but it provided a good nights sleep, even though the room heating was set to full heat furnace. Breakfast the following morning was in a rather featureless dining room, but the food on offer was all good and it's a nice enough place to sit and enjoy a coffee. There are probably many more places to stay in Sofia but this is certainly OK and very well located for the centre of the city and a short ride from the airport.

A decent hotel with excellent location and very spatious rooms. Decent breakfast which is served until 10am sharp, not a minute later so make sure you're not late if you want to grab some food. You can pay extra for an underground garage which I recommend if you come by car, the charges are pretty decent and you cannot rely on street parking space.

The hotel provides a good standard of accommodation. I had a large room with a comfortable bed, tv, tea and coffee facilities, fridge and a safe. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport via the metro as was the central railway station the following day. Good location for the city centre. I only stayed one night on a room only basis so can’t comment on the food. There are many bars and eating places around the hotel so no problem to get breakfast in the morning.

We have spent three nights in this hotel. The price correspond to the quality, but I must say it is super centric and easy to walk throught the city. In terms of breakfast its ok, there is variety of options you can pick. You can also enjoy a small gym or spa. The staff is kind and helpful. If you need a nice hotel for an affordable price this is your place.

we invited a guest, who arrived late in the evening. The reception demanded a full payment upon arrival. On the next day I asked kindly to clarify the situation and got an answer from an "expert" that this is a practice worldwide. after that he closed the phone and blocked my number. I was not able to speak with the manager as well. Honestly until those "experts" think, the customers have no rights I will strongly to avoid this porperty
