Poor service and attitude

Have stayed at this hotel a few times but most recently had a terrible experience. The shower in the room was not functioning. When requested the room to be changed the staff simply said it cannot be done without even attempting a proper reason or effort. When I requested to speak to the manager, they refused to even talk. Very surprised and disappointed at the lack of basic professional etiquette

Basic neat hotel

Stayed here for two nights, it’s a neat hotel around airport area, good for those who look for a place to stay just a night without any fancy things. Breakfast was quite nice with a good variety of choices. Parking was $24 a night, much cheaper than city center.

My choice for a pleasant stay in a clean quiet room

Went from one of the worst Hilton products across the street to this newer and very nice hotel. The rooms are large and well appointed. Seems like. pretty new place. I do not care for the carpet in the rooms, but they were clean and not stained. I prefer a composite faux wood or wood flooring for sanitation. The breakfast was pretty good and the beds were clean and comfy. the bathroom is fresh and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. You pay $22 for parking (with the tax), but the area is well lit and covered with security cameras. There are bums in the area but the parking seemed a LOT safer with the excellent lighting. My choice for an SFO hotel. Free parking and composite floors would have made this is 5-star place.

Ron is horrible! Good thing they have Ivyone!

Ron is such a horrible front desk agent. He is not kind and is very selective on who he is hospitable with. I asked him about a possibility of early check in to where his answer was "umm check in is at 3pm; and yeah." First off, that didn't answer my question. Second of all, what does "and yeah" mean?! That's not even a full answer! While I was waiting at the hotel, I did get an alert that I needed to see the front desk when I check in. So I figured that since I was there maybe he he can just tell me what's going on and why I got the alert. But he came back witg "by 3pm it will be okay. You'll have your digital key." Never over promise to a guest because when 3pm came I had no digital key. Also he didn't even look at the computer to tell me what was going on. Oh the icing on the cake was when he interacted with my sister (my whole family was staying at the hotel and we booked two different rooms) he was really nice and actually answered her questions correctly. What's the deal? What did I do to him for him to be so rude? Ivyonne on the other hand was fabulous! She was sweet, welcoming, funny, knowledgeable, and more! The property should consider moving Ron to night shift and Ivyonne to morning to make guest feel welcome. The property is really clean and the breakfast is really good. It's also close to the airport which made it very convenient for travelers. I would stay here again but I hope I don't interact with Ron again during my stay.

What an awful check-in experience at 11pm! Staff couldn't be more far from hospitality's best practicies. No desire to help guests, we're just numbers for them, Way to expansive for this low level of service. Doesn't worth your time! It's a a shame for Hilton brand.
