All works well. Nit even expected such hospitality from checking in uoto checking out. Staffsvare very polite and helpful. Checking In officer Dita was very helpful. She explained very well all that needs to be attended to. Upto accomodating the unrequeates late checknoit.

Love the area and it’s super close to our family

The main reason why we stayed here was due to its location. Our family just lives 10 minutes from the hotel. We stayed here in December, January and March. The hotel is about 30 min from the airport it various depending on traffic. Going to Jakarta can be time consuming and annoying due to traffic jam. The hotel is located next to a mall and it’s surrounded by many restaurants. So plenty options. Checkin at the hotel goes fast and we got a free welcome drink voucher. Our voucher was only limited to coffee, tea and juices. Perhaps more option depending on loyalty status. We booked the privilege room that was located on the 5th floor. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing to improve was the TV. It looked ready to be replaced by a new model. I’m not sure if it was due to our room our our loyalty status, but in the afternoon we were pleasantly surprised with some sweets that was prepared in our room. The pool area was during our stay not that busy and it was like having our own big private pool. I finally manage to find time for a nice refreshing swim. The gym is a bit limited and small. We have never used it. Also we have never made use of the spa, although we are always tempted, but never got the time due to family visiting ‘obligations’. We further more like the breakfast area. There are lots of options. It can be a little bit crowded depending on te time. And if you don’t like it, you can always go to the mall. We never had our dinner or lunch here, so cant say anything about that. There are some small improvements needed. - TV looks a bit outdated and the signal was not that good - WiFi was ok, could be a bit faster and stable. Especially at the pool area the connection is poor. - The elevator did not always worked correctly. Sometimes it had trouble to activate when swiping the access card and selecting the floor. It also could be due to incorrect usages by ourself, but we noticed that other guests had the same issue. For the rest we like the location, the staff and the closeness to our family in Tangerang.

The hotel location near from mall so its very easy to go shopping and stay…. The room is clean and comfortable…. The food is good and there so many selection that we can choose. Thanks to ms anggun for the hospitality!!

Good stay with a great services…. The staff is good and humble specially ms anggun. Thanks dor the hospitality. I also tried breakfast the food is good and have many section…. Also the hotel near from shopping mall good location

Good hospitality, perfect location near mall and a lot activities to do near hotel, they provide ps 4 at lobby and the service was excellent especially ms. Anggun at reception, love to stay at mercure alam sutera
