Morgan was such a help. So nice and friendly. Made you feel welcome. Like a breath of fresh air! We have stayed at other extended stay. Its been a very nice stay. Would stay again without a doubt 🙂 very friendly surroundings.

The staff is amazing Erielle is a great manager and is very accommodating i love staying here i feel at home, i have a great experience every time i visit they greet me by name and i never wanted to leave again

love the view of the location. very quiet and clean.. LOVE THE STAFF!! we were greeted and cared for very gently and unlike the extended stay on northwestern highway, american drive gave me dishes so i was able to save and cook. i would definitely recommend to my neighbors and peers.

The staff at this location are excellent Eirelle,Ashley,Vee,Morgan,Rena,Monica an that’s just naming a few but they go above an beyond they job requirements for customers especially in this pandemic that we are dealing with!!!!
over 30 minutes to check in and sign on door noting hotel overbooked

I recently stayed at Extended Suites in America Drive. When arriving at the hotel, the front desk person couldn’t find our reservation. After several minutes, she located it and then looked at her room availability sheet saying she would need to check 3 rooms to make sure they were clean. After 30 minutes, we were told she had a room for us, but would have to upgrade the room. She stated she was as unable to check us in on the computer and she would write it down for the morning manager. She stated no one would have access to the room she was given us. She then put a sign up on the front door that no other rooms available and to contact their reservation company. Saturday morning at around 7 AM, a person knocked on our door saying they showed the room vacant. I explained to her the situation last night and she stated she would check with a person downstairs and call us in 5 minutes. About 5 minutes later, she called and said they were checking us in and we would be set until Sunday check out. Around 2 PM, someone opens our door with no apology, but the security lock worked. The deadbolt failed to work. We have no idea who opened the door because they didn’t identify themselves. By the time we opened the door and looked down the hallway, they were gone. At 3 pm, we received a phone call explaining that they could not find the reservation and that I would have to come down to the front desk. I Explained to her the morning situation and told her we were told everything was all set until Sunday check out. She insisted I come downstairs because she had no record of our reservation. I went downstairs and she then stated she contacted the morning person and we were all set. All of this is unsatisfactory. My guest and I are completely unsatisfied. This needs to be addressed with the hotel management so that the experience doesn’t happen to other guests booking through Hotwire. Finally, I would recommend service staff sweep and mop the floors in the rooms and elevator.
