This hotel far exceeded by expectations!! The staff was the friendliest I have ever met and I travel frequently. The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was really great. I was really impressed with all of the hotel staff from the breakfast attendants, to housekeeping to the front desk!

Wonderful Hotel in such a small community

We rented multiple rooms for multiple day for a family gathering. The hotel provided clean rooms, all of the hotel is well cared for. Staff were amazing and very polite. We had 15 rooms booked with multiple unique needs. Staff met them all!! Linens and towels were clean and pristine! Lobby and rooms were spotless. Refrigerator and coffee maker in ALL the rooms. Pets were allowed, thank god. But you didn't know they were there. Breakfast is included and was delicious and plentiful. The hotel was full, many people ate at there and staff kept it stocked. Pool was very clean as well was weight room. We were able to use conference room for a meal we had brought in, very accommodating. Would stay again. We appreciated everything.

This is a very nice place to visit and stay. A very clean motel with a great staff. Complimentary hot breakfast is included as well. Pets are accepted with a modest charge. Free Wi-Fi and nice views from the hotel, also a fitness center as well.

We stayed here one night after touring Okoboji area. Building is fairly new, just off the highway on the south side of town behind Walmart and Menard's, so easy to find. Clerks were efficient and friendly. Nicky has a great phone voice! Room decor was a little peculiar, but clean and comfortable. NO HOT BREAKFAST with pandemic rules still in place, but cold pre-packaged items were available for the asking. Business Center computer internet worked! (Most do not.) Comfortable stay.

Beautiful hotel and rooms, best breakfast in the area! Do not stay anywhere else in town! We stay at the Holiday Inn Express exclusively when we are in Spencer! Nicest staff and great location of the property!
