It was our first stay at the hotel and we were very satisfied with the services,wellness,food,staff,....plus the hotel is situated away from the centre but in a walking distance. Together with a nice weather we really enjoyed our stay.

Not happy! S rodinou mame predplaceny hotel ale vzhledem k situaci v ceske republice a stavu nouze nemuzeme nastoupit do hotelu jelikoz cestujeme do cr z rizikove zeme momentalne a musime povinne do karanteny. Uvedomujeme si, ze predtim nebyla moznost storna ale hotelu jsme nabidly, ze by jsme si za poplatek prebookovali termin ale bohuzel bez sance. Chapeme, ze situace neni dobra pro obe strany ale zakon nam nedovoluje hotel navstivit. Upresnuji i ze jsme se do hotelu vydali kvuli wellness a spa coz neni ani v provozu. Myslim, ze nabidku na prebookovani by meli prijat. Bohuzel o tom s nami neche nikdo diskutovat. NEDOPORUCUJEME.
Not happy! Planning this trip for while with my family. We were planning to enjoy wellness and spa in the hotel but unfortunately the situation in the czech republic has changed as there is state of emergency and we not able to fly from where we are right now or we could fly and go straight to quarantine for 14 days. Plus Wellness and spa is out of order atm. We tried to make some kind of the deal to pay them for reschedule but no one want to even discuss this option with us. We find that very rude and definitely do not recommend.

I choose De Luxe**** Room for my family’s ski holidays 27/12/19 - 02/01/20. In September’19 I paid 102,000 Kc. 17,000 Kc per night. It’s a very good money to expect a good service. But...After arrival we were accommodated in Room 20. There was a really bad smell coming from bathroom, drain pipes in the shower. Management confirmed that they were aware of that technical problem and tried to fix it a few days before our arrival but it didn’t helped. Room 20 was the last available in the hotel. I tried open windows to get rid of that smell. General manager visited the room, confirmed the problem and promised to refund all money or discuss discount. Why hotel didn’t informed us about the problem before our arrival? We traveled with a small children and after a long way we decided to try to stay. During first night damp smell just got stronger. Next morning at 10:30 we left hotel with headache from damp smell. We didn’t have a chance to use wellness, have a breakfast and enjoy our stay. I was a very bad surprised when I didn’t get back the cost for nightmare night - 17,000 Kc or 670 Euro. Our holidays was ruined by management Bedriska Hotel.
Overpriced and rip-off

The pricing is ridiculous in comparison to the quality offered. For the hotel and the restaurant as well. Totally overpriced rooms - for a much less you could find something with the similar, even the same standard. There are much better places and food in the area nearby for the same or even less money. The waiters at the restaurant can't speak the word of English in my taste - they don't get anything you say and just smile and do whatever they think is best. They want to be a New York with pricing but offer something very different than expected.

We have booked a room For a weekend on Booking and They show only the best rooms on the website without any comments. For the price, which is over 100 euro per night, we have recieved a room, which we have not seen before on booking and was really bellow the expactation. The spa and wellness is also not included, which i found very dissapointing. They declare the lift tickets for the mountains, but no comments on their website that off the season it is not working, so after all you have absolutely nothing, then just a so so room and breakfast. I would find much better deals in the area For this price.
