Um delicioso hotel butique em Brisbane. Boa localização, central. Tudo muito novo, limpo e confortável. Ótimo serviço. Toda educados e simpáticos. Restaurante do hotel também é muito bom. Música ambiente impecável , com prevalência de jazz. Tom Jobim também na trilha sonora.

Hotel tipo boutique, instalado num predio antigo. A suite que ficamos (409) era gigante! Com sala e minibar na parte de baixo e quarto/banheiro na parte superior. Decoração de bom gosto e otimo sinal wi-fi. O cafe da manha nao é muito variado, mas é bom. O restaurante tem cardapio refinado e o atendimento é um pouco lento, mas aceitavel.

As a past guest I already had high expectations of this beautiful boutique Hotel - and once again the amazing staff excelled. After a long flight the welcome Martini & warm smiles followed by a fabulous dinner filled my heart & soul !! The hotel itself is a unique eclectic experience with attention to every detail - but what really sets this hotel appart is the authentic attentive staff that really go above & beyond to insure you have an amazing stay -This absolutely is my go to Hotel when staying in Brisbane!! Special mention to Brodi for your exceptional care - thankyou !!

An amazing quirky find in the Brisbane CBD

We needed a place to stay in Brisbane CBD and stumbled across the Inchcolm. We were looking for something a little bit different and that represented value for money. The Inchcolm delivered in spades. The friendliness of the staff at check-in, the quirky decor of the foyer and bar through to the knickknacks in the room made for a series of pleasurable experiences. The historic facade and provenance of the hotel has been maintained whilst simultaneously introducing a retro 70s and 80s feel. Our room, a large heritage suite was very well equipped and thoughtfully designed. The bar and restaurant has a great atmosphere, an excellent range of cocktails and wines and a small but excellent menu which caters to a variety of tastes The hotel feels vibrant and not mass-produced and we would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great experience.

Beware of pet charges at reception and you get caught out

We booked online for a pet friendly room which was available and paid for it. We drove 3 hours only to be told when we got to reception that the room will incur an additional $100 by Paola. I told her that my room booking didnt have any additional charges anywhere in the listing and I didnt wanty to take up the pooch package which was a small dog treat. So she searched for the additional chargeon her phone, to show me a price of $80. I told her that the fee she showed me was $80 not $100 and my confirmed booking didnt have it and she would ask to change it to $80. Dont get caught out. I have snap shot all the listing inclusions for proof. Needless to say we had to drive 3 hours back home. 2* for the decor.
