Fiquei 10 dias. Atendimento bom. Lugar aconchegante. Pelo valor que paguei, achei muito bom. Piscina. Não tem academia. Estacionamento descoberto. Perto da rodovia. Tem uma maquina de refrigerantes, agua e salgadinhos. CAfe da manha simples mas bom. Nos fins de semana é bem cheio.

Rude staff, ridiculous requirement of $100 CASH deposit

The staff, specifically the manager, was very rude and unhelpful. I asked her if she could show me online where it states that they require a $100 cash deposit, and she flat out refused, despite there being no one in line behind me. They also had the crime channel playing on the TV lobby, and I had a young child with me. It was extremely frustrating waiting in line for an unreasonable length of time while trying to shield my kid from the TV. Completely inconsiderate on their part.

I booked this property with some hesitation when I could not get a room on a Saturday near the shopping center. I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and up-to-date with a large HD TV, microwave, refrigerator and plenty of AC outlets in convenient places. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Indoor pool looked well maintained. Breakfast included a sausage-egg-cheese sandwich. I could not find anything, other than the location, to complain about.

Stayed here for a night over the weekend. Good value overall. Rooms could use some updating but overall our stay was nice. Breakfast had some good options. Wish there were more fruits available. Would stay again.

Was satisfied in all areas! Room was clean beds were comfortable bathroom needs were satisfactory, average breakfast available, possibly offer cold cereal. Second time we have stayed here and probably will visit again .
