Hotel Rosengarten is situated in a very quiet countryside location with plenty of free parking available; we saw a deer as we drove up to the hotel! Our room was beamed and had a charming rustic feel. The en suite was small with limited shelving space but was very clean and modern and benefited from a bath and separate shower cubicle. The lobby is filled with interesting objects and leads to the bright and airy breakfast room. The service at breakfast was good; the pastries were quickly replenished (which was a relief!!) and the breakfast items were tasty - particularly the cereal mix - but perhaps the selection could have been more extensive, as there was only one type of pastry and limited hot food choices. The hotel also boasts a small, comfortable bar area with waiter service, ideal for a drink before dinner! All in all, a pleasant hotel in a picturesque countryside setting :-)

Wonderful Wellness Hotel

My husband and I spent our second wedding anniversary at this gorgeous hotel, located in a quiet, serene and quaint place. The staff from reception to dining and house keeping were very warm, polite and courteous to us during our three day stay. The rooms were lovely. The view is breathtakingly refreshing and the service is impeccable. The hotel does not offer you mobile network signal but has good wifi. So, if your looking to disconnect from mundane life and connect with nature and yourself or your partner ; this place is ideal. On our last day , we were offered a free drive back to the rail station as the bus didn't show up. Overall, the foods great, place is clean and well furnished and we were pleasantly surprised to know that the items in the mini fridge items were free for the first time. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for some quiet, quality time.

Very lonely in a separate valley located and facing north. To get anywhere one has to hop into one's car. No need to leave for dinner the cooking is traditional local but with french skills. Really good and well prepared. The wine list has a few French wines well chosen. And a lot of local Baden wines. There is a nice and very bright wintergreen and fire place to sit down and read. Staff is extremely friendly and caring. Atmosphere in the whole premise is calm and relaxing. Our room was a little small. We will be back !

The room was spacious and well furnished with a small shaded veranda outside. The staff were very friendly yet efficient. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we entered the hotel and Pierre the manager introduced himself. The sauna was great s was the full body massage my wife had. The pools both indoor and outdoor were clean and more than ample. overall a great hotel with great service and facilities, would recommend.

We stayed at a vacation rental nearby and merely ate at the restaurant, a very tasty experience: good food, good wine and friendly service. We could see that the hotel has a fitness center and offers massages. The setting is beautiful and quiet, overlooking the green fields of farms that look as if they've endured for centuries.
